I’ve got the chorus tattooed on my arm🤍 Nate’s music will always be a part of my life
He really is a counselor. I have felt almost everything from every album and only from him putting the feelings into music was I able to explain to people what it felt like. That opened the door to finally talk about it openly.
This is one of my all time favorite songs by Nate!!
This songs makes me cry, for whatever reason. I think it's because after turning 30 is when I quit a bunch of bad habits (mainly smoking weed, not eating well and working out, and just knowing that I'm not giving my fullest self to this life). I'm especially moved when he says, ..."This year I'm thinking about talking to God more." I'm not a religious person, and I think you can take that even just metaphorically and it's still tremendously beneficial. It's a call for humility and self improvement and following your own North Star, whatever that is.
May the Lord give us the strength to change to be more like His Son. May we carry our daily cross that would die to ourselves, our flesh, that we may live for Christ.

I never knew how much of my problems came from trauma of abandonment. Then i ran from God using many different drugs and chasing women. NF music has done more for me than anything. God using him

This was a song that i listened a lot to when i was in therapy and was getting my autism diagnosis. I'm in a better place now a year later but this song still hits home.
That verse "I can't help it, that's just me [lies]" - the way he drops in that 'lies' is so real and so powerful. We have these things that we claim over ourselves or that we accept and say we can't change and its all a lie from the pit of h*ll. Strong! 💪🔥✝🖤🤍

pray for me... one of my parents has not been living a Christian life (the same life he's raised me in) and its been making me feel hopeless because I've been fighting this spirit war for so long. I feel like things are going nowhere
