This GPU is awesome, I have it because I was on budget build and it performs very well and exceeded all my expectations , ofc no RGB and the design is not so great looking but hey it gets the job done, performance wise I'd recommend it if you are on a budget build , 3060 costs about 150/200 bucks more and if you can afford 200 more then why buy 3060 add few more bucks and buy 3070 instead, anyhoo this 3050 is totally worth it if you're on budget like I was
ive been working for 3 months to get the 3050 so i can upgrade my 2 year old 1660 but it took me so long to get it is because everytime i had money i never was able to get what i want because its gone to bills and stuff so im glad to say that its coming in the 3rd-8th so hopefully i can use it before school starts back for me because this is my senior year and i have early gradutation and senior leave
@@kleptokratija actually yes I’m very pleased because it’s miles better when you overclock it and man I can tell you idk what the others are like but it’s worth upgrading but if you do have the money and don’t need anything else upgraded just toss in some more money and get the rtx 3080-90 I’m sure there way better but this is an upgrade to my pc I use for a lot of different stuff but mainly gaming you can run low raytracing on fps games depends which one you play really and get over 60 on all and I gotta say been a Minecraft fan since I was 5 so it was 2010 when I got into it and finally experiencing official ray tracing is amazing and it gets good frames with alot of chuncks loaded
3050 is quite good for what it is. I can game older games on high settings at 5120x1440. That said I am upgrading to a 3060 for roughly 40% more performance. If playing at lower res you’d be fine Id say
rx 6600 pricing deflated to rtx 3050 level now and does higher settings in games with better fps. (And amd now has better CPU overhead than nvidia... and better power efficiency).
Good little budget card. It's basically the same as a 1660 Super, but with DLSS it'll easily out perform it. I have an RTX 3060 in my build, but I wanted a budget build for my girlfriend. I get her this & we're very happy with it

A bit late answer but it can run 4k ... on 1 monitor. In theory you could run it on more but that would be an overkill (in short it's nvidia for the rich poor - don't expect miracles)
Question... leaving aside the games, my question is with this video card if it is good for a video rendering in the edition? is it HD or 4K? and the rendering speed, how is it going fast or slow?..... I appreciate your prompt response
I have one, sadly I m still using my old HD monitor and have never done anything Above that. What I can Tell you is that in theory it is capable of running 4k decently~ish but you shouldn't expect miracles. Hope that helps. This card is actually A bit of a overkill for me and I only got it because it's new and it was on sale.
I seen a lot of people complaining about the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3050 EAGLE 8GB because of a noisy fan rattling when idle and I wanted to know if this is true or not
im a bit late to reply but i got the 3050 eagle and on idle the fan stops spinning so you don't have to worry about anything and on heavy load the fan isn't that loud. 1 thing to mention i used to get a bit of coil whine it was a bit loud but it's gotten better now and i can barely hear it without headphones.

BRAVO VORTEZ NICE PRODUCT
Nice review!
Ι like that you show the pcb on your review and talk about the vrm
I have 450W PSU, is it safe to use this card? As Nvidia's official website, they recommend minimum 550 Watts of PSU for 3050.
I hope it's not noisy considering how much they're charging thesedays.

Nice review. Thanx.
What is the difference between 3060 windforce and 3060 eagle? I see the price of eagle is 25 dollars more. Design wise all the same.
Eagle is better then windforce
Personally I think Gigabyte is boring/ugly. The Aorus line is better but still chunky. These eagles can’t get any uglier sadly
I think it looks clean

I dunno sometimes I prefer simplistic design.
nahh it looks clean...i like it
Because "the looks are everything" 😂. This isn't supposed to be a Gucci GPU
For me it looks Great because it doesn't have that pointless RGB.

The photo @ 3:25 clearly shows 2 HDMI and 2 DP yet the reviewers says 3 DP and 1 HDMI!
