Glad to see you're back and on your grind! Definitely nice to see you've found your niche and wish more success and blessings for you this year and all the years to come!
Hey I saw the vase for which you messaged the designer "Buzzzz" is actually designed using maker world lab plugin. I think the terms and conditions of maker world plugins don't allow its designer to hold any rights on it. So commercial usage of that particular model might be prohibited my Bambu Lab itself and not the designer.

Loving the content! Planning on getting my first 3D printer in a month or so and firing up an Etsy store. Recently closed down my $250k/year Amazon store and looking to do something new. Maybe we can work together on some things when I get going.
Bro that's awesome! You'll definitely have to teach me some stuff about Amazon. Plan on getting on that platform sometime this year! Reach out to me via email and we can definitely connect.
When you go to most sites like Thangs and Printables, it’ll tell you what licenses the creator is using. It’s typically down the page below the details section.
Hi, Love your content, I have 1 specific questions though, So I have bought 1 membership and I was happy to put everything on Etsy and later found out that their are plenty of sellers already selling the same thing. How will that workout because it seems like competition in already competetive niche.
@@3DToolBoox That's a good question. But don't forget Apple isn't the only company selling phones. You need to find a reason why your sticks out. Whether it's better photos or a better value ad, you need to find a way to differentiate yourself. Also, don't forget if you watch the whole way through the video I do talk about the difference in spending a little bit more money on a subscriptionsuch as $50 a month so you have less people you are competing against with that specific item.
It takes like 15 minutes to model one of these Vases yourself, you should really consider taking a look into creating these type of models yourself. There is a bunch of great guides on youtube on how to achieve this.

Not sure when I said I was an expert on the topic. Just simply showing what I literally do to find my models… are you not allowed to make videos that other people have made before and add your take on it???? 😂 Hope your day gets better!
I’m glad he made this video. It’s actually informative and well thought out. He simply is documenting his progress and sharing his experiences. If you don’t like what he has to say then you can simply not watch his videos.
Either you are complaining about the video yet watched it in it’s full entirety or you didn’t watch it in it’s full entirety and have no place to say he’s talking about the same thing as everyone else. I think this is a pretty good video. I learned something within the first couple minutes since I didn’t even know Everbee was a thing
Love the creator grind but.. you’re going to copy top selling prints and try to sell their same product? This feels like an affiliate push with some ketchup and mustard added hahaha
Interesting take… but where did I say copy the same product? Pretty sure I said validate that a model that you thought of is already selling on Etsy…..not everyone knows how to 3d model…. Should they just not try and make money? I’m very confused.
This is what pisses off handmade sellers . Etsy is supposed to be a site where you Design and make the product you are selling . Not find something already done that everyone is already selling . We as artists are getting so screwed by printable and drop shipping and print on demand . Peole can have 800 listings in an hour and not design one frigin thing .

Good Luck for 2025!!! I hope your business grows a lot more, you deserve it!
@williamsworkshop, would you be able to post a full price breakdown for your business, filament costs, packaging, etc
Kickstarter is also a great source for lifetime commercial licenses
I've actually never thought about that! I'll have to look into that.
Great information.. I am just getting started here in the New Year.. Thank you....
thanks for watching and commenting! Anything else you want to see in the videos?

As for the models on thangs where it has no license listed but it's free to download, like at 13:41. Would those be free to sell?
