Pros:
1) "Liquor Ban" is the main cause to reduce the criminal rate know as Jungle Raj in Bihar.
2) "Mid-day meal" and "Scholarship" is second cause to increase the rate of literacy.
3) "Ujjawala Yojana" is the main fact to understand the problem of women and gives them little empowerment.
4) "Har Ghar Bijli Yojana" is the another fact that is lighting the home and brighten the future of Bihar.
5) "Gram Sadak Yojana" is helping the people to connecting with new resources.
Cons:
1) The main reason to make the Bihar to Bimaru is going to facing the problem of flood.
2) Services and teaching are not updating. They are low in advancement.
3) There is no any government buses service to connect each and every people to other. In Rural area people are facing the problem of Transportation.
4) Not updating the Police by advance weapons and vehicles.
Need to trained them with Cyper Crime.
5) "Corruption" is the most important factor that make the Bihar underpowered.

It's so unfortunate that most Biharis feel embarrassed and try to hide their nativity from people which is definitely wrong.
It is not Biharis who are inferior. Small is the person who frowns upon someone because of his/her ethnicity. Bihar is a beautiful place with lovely people. Bhojpuri and Maithili are two of the most sweet-toned languages. Bihar has given the biggest brains to the country. Biharis worship nature. They bow down to the sun in their festivals. Bihar is welcoming.
Take pride in being a Bihari. It is a compliment. :)
I'm proud of being a Bihari but one thing that does bothers me the most is about our state's mentality especially the older generations. If I'm seen with a guy everyone is so quick to judge and tag me as a "characterless " person . Thankfully I have parents that do understand me well but our society truly needs to open up to things a little bit. I know judgemental people are everywhere but being born and brought in Bihar I have constantly felt being judged just caz my thinking is a little bit different from what they think is normal. I'm pretty confident when I disclose to people that I'm from Bihar without being ashamed of it. Why should we be ashamed of being one? We didn't do a crime by being born as one.

The first thing I want to say that we show too much pride in our history. Yes, Bihar was the cradle of ancient civilization, but it was in ancient history. Why don't we talk about what we have achieved in modern day? Lots of Bihari Talent are going to other states in search of opportunity. People are searching for good education, jobs, but there is very few industry to provide jobs. Educational institutions are nothing more than a shame. There are thousands of posts of teachers are lying vacant. And the phenomenal growth rate that Bihar has achieved is some sort of misleading. It has made rich only rich, and poor has become more poor. Agriculture sector is facing a lot of challenges. Farmers are still dependent on monsoon, there is no good system of proper irrigation.
Yes, the government has taken many steps to decrease the inequality between the rich and the poor, but this is nowhere seen on ground. A very few people are aware of the government schemes, many people don't even know the name of schemes. The biggest challenge that we have to tackle is to improve the rural education and health sector and setting up industries in large numbers so that our villages become self sufficient and people don't go for other states for small jobs.
We as Bihari will have to take the first step and handle the issue to develop our Bihar in an inclusive manner.
There is much more thing to done on ground to really improve the situation of Bihar.

Bihar electricity rate is extremely expensive that makes industries apprehensive to start setting up in bihar. Our neighbouring states have way cheaper rates so you find most industries.

I am from Bihar and I live in Punjab and managing IT business in Punjab and increasing Punjab's GDP. I tried to do a lot more time business in Bihar but I failed due to the last several other reasons, I faced huge problems. Finally, I choose Punjab. I can say, every state is better as compared to Bihar in India for business. I don't want to say this but it is a bitter truth, Bihar is the most corrupted state in India.
I wish all states grow up and be on the same stage and make up our India more powerful, having every Indian not a chance to regret about their state by seeing other one and making a feeling of all are united in this diversity

Everyone here in bihar thinks that if sarlari naikri is the best because
If ur salary is 20k you will earn 2 lacs
You will get a big fat dowry
You will get paid even if you do not work
Thus every public administrator to politician to contractors to chaprasis to mukhiya( village head) is neck deep in corruption

Bihar should give more concentration to cultural-relgious tourism from Japan, Thailand, Combodia, SE asian nations and Myanmar. These countries can bring billions of dollars to Bihar and participate in infrastructure development like International airports, 5 star hotels, Buddhist universities, and Nalanda like institutions etc., since they are culturally related to this area. The Bihar govt should send send their delegates to all these countries, and if necessary initiate a new ministry to tap the huge potentials in billions.

1. Very high investment on Education, also restructuring the existing education system
2. Should work on Law and Order, so that the invester can invest there fearlessly
3. Infrastructure
4. Gov should provide proper training to their bureaucrats and ministers regarding how they can work for development of the state.

Education in bihar is still very poor. If govt has to improve Bihar condition it has to improve its education policy. Because of poor recruitment process many undeserving teachers who have no knowledge of subject are teaching. There is no proper recruitment in proper time. Still there are many vacancies for teachers. There is no good school buildings. Bihar needs good universities and colleges. It needs two three big cities

Four Things Biharis need to do on a war footing:
1) Bring your Fertility rate to 1.8 on an urgent basis.
2) Pressurise you govt to invest in Education.
3) pressurise you government to bring Employment intensive industries like Textile, Furniture, steel, cement etc.
4) Get out of sarkari Naukri mentality. Take risks in private jobs and entrepreneurship.
Do you belong to Bihar? I don't think you belong to Bihar.
Bringing fertility rate down will create more problems.. And just stop migration... And ask govt to create jobs in Bihar itself..
Govt. Of UP,Bihar,Odisha,Jharkhand,WB,Chattisgarh should primarily work on employment,sanitation & refucing poverty...if these states will uplift themselves then India's poverty % will reduce...these states have powerful CMs,i hope they will able to do it

Bihar may play a major role in cross border trade with Nepal🇳🇵. And connectivity with North East, which are the two major focus area of the Central Government. This will eventually bring more investment in Bihar.
