There’s is so many holes in that Roy Keane story its scary. 1 the Clyde football pitch isn’t tiny. 2 why would Keane go to Lennon and ask about a random fan shouting at him. 3 why would other Celtic fans not tell him to be quiet. 4 Celtic got beat that day embarrassingly so doubt a Celtic fan would want the top. 5 why would Lennon drive to the game when everyone else got the team bus. 6 Roy Keane talks about this game in his autobiography that he got back on the team bus after the game and realised he made a mistake joining Celtic because John hartson was stuffing his face with crisps and coke plus never mentioned that he just had someone by the neck in the back seat of Lennon’s car. 7 it doesn’t sound like lennon to be up for jokes as Celtic club captain after getting beat by a lower league side and knocked outta the cup.
Listen properly he says he didn’t speak to Lennon for a few months after the Clyde game then he arranged to meet him to give him a match worn shirt, if you’re gonna try and discredit somebody’s story then at least fuckin listen before you write an essay making a tit of yourself
