- Covered the Steak with Kosher Salt for about 1 1/2 hours. Washed off with water. Put Garlic Powder and Weber Savory Steakhouse seasoning on each side of the steak. Flipped them when they turned grey then again roughly 5 minutes after that. Pulled at roughly 158 deg. The smell was amazing and the taste was very good!
