I know, I've been going back and watching all these old commentaries. Modern Warfare is bringing all the classic COD commentators back into the lime light.
I waited this long so that I could make a bandwagon free video however I wanted to make it and be free of consequence. Also, this is not my opinion, rather it's the opinion of The Devil's Advocate.
I know you were generalizing but i just wanna go on the record saying i always like a video before it even loads because i wanna support the RUclipsrs but don't wanna forget to click it afterwards. If i don't like the video then I'll click the dislike afterwards

This is by far one of the most awe inspiring & thought provoking video's i've seen in a very long time. The fact that you can spend a half hour talking about viewing something from someone else's perspective alone is a fairly big challenge, but not applying your own bias throughout the entirety of the video is in a completely new league. Going back to the old cliche "if you open your mind too much, your brain will fall out" I think you have both topically,& logically found a perfect balance.
This is the kind of stuff that keeps me watching for the whole 20-30 mins. Your so confident and you speak your mind in a way that is understandable to me. Amazing video as always.

I love all of your series but overall my favourites are your ghost stories, epic dream and any video alike this one. Don't get discouraged just because some people are upset about them, there are always other fans willing to sit down and listen to your thoughts and knowledge that you share. Keep them coming.

This is something I'm struggling with too. Without numbers WTF do I do??? The monotone-ness is a hard to break out of though. Had a crappy family situation as a kid and had to lie a lot to get by. Being monotone makes lying a lot easier.
But evidence is not required for belief or opinions. Shutting down that though process was short sighted. Sometimes it's hard to see things the way other people see them.

You have a lot of wisdom, especially for your age, and I share a lot of views that you do. I play the devil's advocate every day of my life and it is very important in social relationships. I actually enjoy commentaries like this Drift0r. It's videos like these that weed out the immature and see who are really into your content and not just here for tips and stats- though that's perfectly fine too.
It's a big example of understanding multiple viewpoints. You can do the same thing for opinions you don't understand. Whatever political or religious affiliation you're a part of, you can use this exercise to understand people better. Probably not agree with them, but at least understand them.

What makes this commentary so great is that this kind of class and intelligence is so uncommon in what we know as the "CoD Community." It's great that someone is willing to step forth and put forth the effort to discuss topics that so few other gameplay commentators ever touch. Additionally, you have to consider that a larger channel like Woody, xJawz, or Whiteboy simply doesn't have the kind of core fanbase to understand or appreciate something like this.
Your logic is sound. In general, innocent people make a lot of noise and go down hard. A large portion of guilty people just quit. However, they are a few innocent ones that quit too so it's not a 100% for sure thing.

Drift0r's special talent: What I find interesting about Drift0r's introspective videos is how he can just take this amazing talent of changing your perspective temporarily, and you can feel this evil, dirty, rusty power, but something deep inside you sort of enjoys the feeling. Also dealing with power, is how he finds paradigms(ideas) that give you such an easy way to feel understanding, like you have the power to know how the world works.

I have a tiny channel and I get hit with heaps of requests, messages and people asking if I can help them out. I can't imagine how bad it gets when you get upwards of 50,000 subs. Some people need to chill. Good commentary, I love the juxtaposition of your commentary content and the gameplay footage in the background
From and economic standpoint this is true, but there other other non-economic factors to consider. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing economics. I think that's the driving force behind a huge part of human history. But comparative advantage could come from slave labor. Slowly bleeding a country dry of a critical resource before invasion ect ect
you should make more of this vids, i mean, i like the gun reviews and all that stuff but getting to know the beliefs of such an interesting individual like yourself is pretty entertaining as well

Also, the reason this thing blew up (and most likely out of proportion) is because RUclips users are extremely fast to jump on people and just hate, hate, hate, all day long because they don't have anything else to do. There are a ton of people who would do this.
Really good commentary & great gameplay. The Devil's advocate is a great tool for debates. It's puts you inside the head of the other side. This allows you to have a defense for anything they may present in an argument. It's like a football team having the other teams play book.
