Look if you've been to the Aviva before you know you can ask for a fresh pint and they'll give it to you. That's why your man's beside you was full. The Aviva pint is actually decent all things considered

You should never accept a pint like that. Ask for a top up. In most pubs the bar man would be hauled over the bar for that
