- He made headlines all over the world in 2013. Batkid ruled San Francisco as thousands of people watched in awe as the then 5-year-old, Miles Scott, dressed as his favorite super hero and saved the city from mayhem. The experience was through Make-A-Wish. At the time, Miles had Leukemia. Ten years later, Miles is now in high school, cancer-free and “doing amazing,” he said. Inside Edition Digital’s Leigh Scheps has more.
It's great to see him thriving after all these years.
What a handsome young man I hope he does great things.
So happy to hear he is doing so well.
So nice to see people giving support to ill children. And those I’ll children supporting back.
Happy 10th Anniversary to BatKid! The leukemia fighting young caped crusader who saved San Fransisco as Gotham City!
having billions and billions of dollars is kind of a superpower if used properly.
That kid will break a lot of hearts someday….❤
I remember that kid I'm glad to see he's living life to the fullest🤔
I didn’t hear about this before but I’m glad he’s doing well. I always wanted to be Batman.

Batkid Forever

wow im glad hes doing great!
*YOU'RE A DC HERO IN MY AUTISTIC EYES MILES!* 😇
I remember my mother took a photo me unpacking my Batman outfit when I was 4? I think as I was watching Dr. Seuss airing in the background of our old Black TV and still adore Batman to this day as I grew up watching Teen Titans on Cartoon Network. Cancer also runs in my family as my grandmother survived Breast Cancer but sadly, my great grandmother passed away from Colon Cancer when I was 8 and weeped all day right when I got back home from the school bus as my mother told me the news in the living room.
It's so ironic how Miles has the exact name by one of the Spider-Man characters from the Multiverse movie I haven't seen yet and it's amazing how well he's doing for a boy his age and can't believe he can drive a tractor at 15 as well!
He's doing much more than me for being twice his age but it makes me smile to see teens like him doing so well in their lives by receiving so much support by people I can ever dream of and is still healthy by battling the cancerous Joker in his body! 😀👊

How surprising! People age and grow up!
hi
Kevin conroy is in heaven... Sorry teen
I'll bet that mister Conroy will be very proud of miles to carry on the legacy of batman and the mantle as well.
That five-year-old really wanted to beat up poor people
Funny enough, San Francisco is the real equivalent of Gotham now
Came here looking for this comment. Wasn't disappointed.
😄😄
There was a kid in Canada who got a free trip to maple leaf gardens from make a wish but he didn't die from his disease so they made him pay the money back for the trip and publically apologize
damn, that's sad
@@Deadpool2002 only fair tbh he didn't hold up his end of the agreement
@@BrianShaneRushtonI disagree with your comment, it not fair that just because he didn't die he needed to pay back the money and apologize to the public
@@BrianShaneRushtonwhat a crazy thing to say.
@@melissagrant4178 he signed an agreement with the make a wish foundation promising to die
that was the last cool thing to happen in SF
We can do math.
What
Kool
How sad he survived to become murderer.
First
I love the fact he wants to do welding. Not get massive student loan debts for a useless degree.
So he lived 🙄
Do u not understand-
@@nevvm00npieno plz explain
Yes, he lived🎉
@@PennyMsElite no, he died yesterday, unfortunately
@@BrianShaneRushton lies
I remember seeing the trailer for his documentary when it came out. 🥹
