Prior to me noticing this, my lobbies have been fine, but I know that I had to carry the team most of the time. That is why I wanted to try this. Out of seven matches, so far, five of them have been easier than normal. Which means I had better then normal teammates who played the objectives and had kd around 2 and higher. The other two matches were normal. Yet I felt relaxed playing them and I didn't feel stressed out. I haven't opened up any of the free gifts so far. However, when I reboot my console the free gift offer disappeared. I did have a free gift offer that I forgot to look into. Which is ideal for this test. I will update this post at a later date and time to check for consistency versus time of day.
I've read a few responses. Some apparently were dealt with. I don't see an issue with the video. Someone who provided their experience is something of value. I haven't noticed this myself. When someone tells me about it I will look into it myself. And, that's the whole point of providing information like this. It's not something talked about before. IMHO, has been completely ignored as the elephant in the room. Some of the negative "shill posts" that I've read did the very opposite of what they were intended to do. Leading me to believe there is actually some credibility to what he said about those free gift offers. It's also just as true that it's not a linear experience across the player base. Some, like gaming & performance may be experiencing this. Others may not. While people like me were oblivious about it. It would appear to me that EOMM is a bit more dynamic then 1st thought. And, it could very well be true that certain actions performed while playing COD triggers EOMM to treat you a certain kind of way. Wasn't it in the patent that this kind of data was collected anyway? In any case, thanks for the video gaming & performance keep up the good work!
I'm going to test this out for myself. I have a free offer now that I have not opened up yet. I'm going to keep it that way for the next few days to see what happens in my matches. The past ten matches have been pretty sweaty. And I've been placed in teams that don't do objectives. Let's see if that changes or not?
I wonder if maybe its a matter of opening the store or not. Brcause i think the little "free" text under the store tab is really there to get you in the store. Might try not even opening the store at all and see what that does. Thanks for the vid and the thoughts.
I take the free gifts most of the time. The free "pride" gift pack is still sitting in the store unopened and there it shall stay unopened
