Happy Friday! Thank you for the video today. Was hoping you would continue trading finished diamond paintings with hanging spot by the door to your craft room so we could enjoy the new ones during your videos. Would love to see Tea Rose for awhile. Miss your stitch with me videos very stress reducing watching you stitch. Thanks again, keep on stitchin' on. 🦊🐪💜

Your pillow basket is great. Displaying anything in groups always makes a better impact.
Hope you can do more chats like this one - a pleasure to listen to while puttering on a Saturday.
Here in Texas, we are supposed to get a cold snap this week. Hopefully power will stay on. Glad you and Bill have a generator.
Stay safe and warm - happy crafting and reading!

Thanks for the recommendation on Fast Feast repeat. I’ve done IF before and it’s worked for me but this book really made it even more clear.

Hi, Danielle! Super cool buys! I like that little heater & could really use it underneath my table I Diamond paint at. It’s cold in here too. Your stitching projects are adorable. Cute pillows! ❤ Can’t wait to see your unboxing…. I love your easel set up & etc. 👏👏 Have a fun filled weekend. We have a winter blizzard here in Iowa going on. …& I’m hibernating. It’s frickin freezing. High winds, tons of snow & it’s just nasty. Take care!

Your stitching is amazing! Who is your favorite cross stitch business to buy from online? Also, that big storage box looking thing above your diamond art table: what do you call it, and where did you purchase it? I love that!! I'm new to diamond art and you have some of the coolest tools. I love your pen. Do you mind sharing where you find all this cool stuff? Thank you.

I have a lot of stuff linked in the description box of my videos. The big box is called a Credenza. I have it linked. You have to buy from their Facebook page and send them a direct message inquiry. I bought the pen on Etsy. I also have that linked already in the description box.

Thank you for your videos.❤ They are the highlight of my week.
Please can you help me, I've recently bought glue dots, but I can't seem to get it to stay in my pen. It gets stuck on the diamonds, and comes out of my pen. Thank you.😊

    • @Stitcherista
      @Stitcherista  9 месяцев назад

I use one micro dot in my pen and I really push it in with tweezers. Then I will dab my pen on my pants or shirt to remove some of the stickiness of the glue dot.

Was there an adjustment period when you started using the ergonomic pen? I ordered an ergonomic pen, but it feels unnatural. I’m used to a thicker resin pen. I have arthritis so I was hoping the ergonomic would be a good fit for my hand. Idk if it’s the shorter size or being thinner that bugs me. Maybe I need to give it more time/ force myself to push on. Did you experience an adjustment period when switching to the ergonomic pen?

I was lucky and did not have an adjustment period. I liked the pen right away.

Hi Danielle!! I have a question for you. I have a cross stitch stand in my cart from amazon, but I've been hesitant on pulling the trigger on it!! Then yesterday a video of yours with that same stand popped up on my feed from 2 yrs. ago. I know you have the lowry stand but was wondering if you still use this stand also and if you still like it. It's the daylight brand adjustable floor stand. Thanks a lot!!

I could not get any of my mesh rulers to line up on this one how I like. This one is an older kit. I will be using the mesh ruler on my next one.

As far as using it, I have a two level desk and the credenza is in front of me. I just pull out whatever tray I need, diamond paint, and then when I need to switch a color I put the tray back I was using and pick up the next one I need. I follow the key from diamond art club, meaning whatever diamond is number 1 on the diamond art club key is what I put in the credenza tray labeled 1.

I've been doing intermittent fasting at 16:8. I've been doing it for about 4 or 5 years now. People have this strange misconception of seeing this as a "diet". I keep telling them, it's not. It's a lifestyle change. Ppl on intermittent fasting think oh I'm fasting! But, yeah...nah, not really. As your body gets used to it, your body doesn't fast as it knows to release bile & those yummy gastric juices😂 between 12 to 8pm. I don't get tummy growls, nothing. So, I'm not doing this as a way to lose weight, my mindset is I would like to live a high quality life. Including 3 veggies & 3 fruits in my meal prep is more than enough. Of course, you still need that deficit. So exercising is a must. I have a pedometer that counts all my steps so 10,000 steps is minimum for me the highest I've hit is 18,000+ steps, once. But, I aim for 10 & hit 12,000 to 13,000 steps. Also, I've cut out all the snacking. One meal at lunch time & One meal at dinner with fruits as dessert. After 8pm, it's only water, water & more water.😅

I do intermittent fasting. I do 14/10. I try and keep my sugars under 10g. I have lost 22 pounds since last January. I did have times where I will take a week off. I really don't gain but a pound or 2. Lots of water, Ceylon cinnamon in my black coffee. I usually skip lunch. My water is made in a pitcher with the strainer and put fruit in it. I eat Greek vanilla yogurt with cinnamon and ginger at night before bed, only because I take all my meds then. I started doing Silver Sneakers where I sit on a chair. It's 25 minutes and I do the one with Bruno Mars and the one with Michael Jackson. It's not overwhelming.
My team the Browns are in the playoffs. We play tomorrow. I watch, q need to find sponges to throw at the refs!!!
If you cook pasta, rice or potatoes, you can put in fridge overnight. The next day all the refined sugars that make it high carb are broke down. When you make eggs, put turmeric on it and some cayenne pepper and black pepper. Drink tea made with whole cloves. It's so good. You can also chew on a few cloves everyday. Use pure maple syrup or stevia. Honey is okay , you want things that your body can breakdown easier. Watch Dr. Eric Berg and Motivational Doc ( he's bald) I cannot remember his name. They both have helped me with my fasting , sugars, carbs and keeping my calories at 1800.

I find it all very interesting about the people who are overpricing diamond painting kits, but to me it is no different than the creators who get free kits from sneak peeks, then turn around and sell them at full value pricing. I suppose if there wasn't someone willing to pay for it, there wouldn't be someone trying to sell it. 🤣
