- Lotte, whose real name is Charlotte Rezbach, is a German singer/songwriter from Ravensburg. In her childhood, she took classical lessons in singing and learned how to play guitar, piano and violin. She wrote her first song when she was 13 years old.

She's really good. Her songs are quite powerful and she can project emotions so well.
German is not angry or aggressiv!
About her German, that's quite standard "Hochdeutsch", although she sings "nich'" instead of "nicht", "ignorier'n" instead of "ignorieren", "versteh' ich's nicht" instead of "verstehe ich es nicht", but these are common colloquialisms everyone uses and make her very sympathetic to me although I never heard of her before.
I had to rewind your video to EXACTLY 2:50. There I saw Heinz Rudolf Kunze with "Dein ist mein ganzes Herz" (from 1985) at #2 in whatever list that might be, and I thought that the lyrics might be something for you. It's a romantic song, so beware: Back then, it softened my metal heart. Alright, I was young.

If you just listen to Lordi or Maneskin, you would probably think finnish and italian sound harsh and aggressive, too. Same with german, if you just listen to german rap or metal, like Rammstein, you'll think that. But listening to german pop music like this can show you, how beautiful german can sound. 😉🥰

She's amazing! Unfortunately not very famous in Germany.
According to the German Weather Service, the record temperature in Germany is 41.2 °C. It was taken on July 25th, 2019 in Duisburg-Baerl and Tönisvorst. The temperature there was over 38 °C for three days in a row. (There was another temperature record of 42.6°C in Lingen, but that was declared invalid due to unfavorable vegetation conditions near the measuring station, which affected air circulation.) I remember it was really hot back then. The hardware stores around here were all sold out of fans. I wanted a new fan at my workplace, but it took almost 2 months to deliver.
On the other hand, the (official) cold record is -37.8°C. It was measured on February 12th, 1929 in Wolnzach in Bavaria.
Where I live it can sometimes get down to -20°C in winter, but only at night. But I can remember a day about 25 years ago when it was so cold in the morning that my car wouldn't start anymore. You could hardly breathe, luckily it was only like that for one day.
Extreme temperatures can be really annoying.

Das Hochdeutsche wurde erst vor 500 Jahren von Martin Lutter erfunden, als er die Biebel übersetzte.
Er orientierte sich dabei an einem Dialekt aus der Umgebung von Hannover und übernahm fast alles 1:1.
Davor wurde in jeder Region eine andere Sprache gesprochen, die kein Mensch mehr kann.

Tbh she has almost no accent at all. It is pretty standard German. But I guess it is like Japanese for me as a German. That language sounds totally different for me if spoken 'hard' (commonly by a male) or rather 'soft' (commonly by a female).
edit: I as a German have never heard of her before this video of yours. Which is quite a shame by how good she is.

Over 80% of operas performed internationally are sung in German. So the language can't be as terrible as it's portrayed in many Hollywood movies.
On the subject of temperatures of 40° C: We in Germany sometimes have 40° C in the summer. Luckily, that doesn't happen that often. These 40° C are reached when hot air masses from Africa reach Germany in summer. It's not funny, it's tiring. I feel with you... (The highest temperature that has been recorded so far in Germany was 41.2° C on July 25th, 2019. On that day, temperatures over 40° C were measured in 20 measuring stations.)

Obviously you don't come from Germany or Central Europe, otherwise you wouldn't be writing such nonsense.
On three to four days a year temperatures rise to 35°C. Otherwise they are at 20 °C.
In summer it rains very often and temperatures drop well below 20°C. Partly below 10°C at night.
The heat record only lasted a few hours.
In Germany, the weather has been recorded daily for over 180 years and such temperatures have never been measured before.
Drawing conclusions about the climate from a once-in-1000-year weather event is just plain stupid.

Not my cup of tea. Actually there are quite some carbon copy types of singer songwriters around in Germany. See Lea or Elif for example. All the same boring yearning voice with stupid exchangeable heart break lyrics and mandatory piano accompaniment.
I don't like this kind of singing at all. Exaggeratedly emphasized high, hoarse voice. This style has been used by some artists for some time to be particularly emotional. Unfortunately, this annoys me and doesn't appeal to me at all.
