If I remember correctly, Rainey is a fan who died of cancer or some other disease before the game or even the demo was released. The developer was so impressed by this story that he decided to add her to the game as an Easter egg. (Sorry for the mistakes, because I used a translator)

Rainey was a fan of yandere simulator back in the day. She reached out to yandev with support for the game and i guess explained her situation with cancer so he added her as a character in the martial arts room since she was also a fan of martial arts

You can actually call Fun Girl too! In Ayano's basement there's a postcard with a phone number and if you call it (in game lol) it's Fun Girl and she tells you how to make the game easier. (I'm pretty sure this works i haven't tried it)
Idk if its about making the game easier though, it's just an alternative ending where ryoba chooses a more "pacific" route and doesn't use lethal methods/eliminations to any rivals
