Nice couple with many fine skills, interests, and joi de vivre. They give me hope for the nation's future.
@arthurmontana8791 thank you for the kind words and for watching!🙌🙌
Good job.......Looks delicious........Good with the knives too.... Good luck with your hunting land..
Thank you! Cheers 🍻👏
Murrells Inlet here. Thanks to the algorithm for kicking this video to me. It’s amazing how much meat is on an 18-19” flounder. Subscribed!
Gotta love when the algorithm works! Thanks for watching!
Awesome video! That meal looked so good! Thank you for sharing and Good luck with everything my friends!
Thank you!!
Cool that's something I always wanted to do. Wow.
You should!!
very cool, nice flounder, i need to try flounder again, every time i have had it its been fishy smelling to me, and huge turn off. but thanks for the tip with the insta pot and crabs, never knew that. so cool, and glad you cooked them live and with old bay, many places in the south kill them first, and don't use much seasoning. each area has there own ways for sure. blue crabs need old bay, lol. great job and keep up the good work.
Thank you! Yes you should. Love some fresh flounder
@@coastalcarolinaliving hoping to try when down next month
@@robwinemiller9712 fishing should still be good!
@@coastalcarolinaliving I sure hope so, I normally don't keep any, just catch and release for me, hoping surf and marsh is still good. Hoping to try some of the techniques for flounder around house creek in cherry Grove
@robwinemiller9712 yeah they should definitely be there, surf should be good to. Even caught some trout in the inlet from shore with gotcha plugs the other day
Thanks for sharing. Could you show how you clean the crab? Something I've never learned to do. And being in Little River one would think I'd know.
Great idea, next time we get crabs we will!
I live in Windy Hill. So glad I found your channel. Great content - hope to see you out on the water some time.
Thanks for watching! I'm sure you will see us out there!
I freaking love the drone footage! Two of my favorite seafood meals in one. Also, never thought about an instapot for steaming. I come from Maryland and we use the big steam pots. Over kill for a dozen though.
Thank you🙏🙏. Hah yeah that was our thought when we learned about using it for crabs, the big steamer is overkill unless were doing crabs for a lot of people
Looked like loads of fun. I like to scuba dive offshore Murrells Inlet. I have considered getting a kayak and playing around in the inlet when I cant dive. Thanks for sharing.
That's awesome, definitely on the bucket list for us
Dang im so jealous. Im in Statesville nc. A bit of a drive to the OBX. Great video
Thanks for watching!
Wish I watched your videos before. We were just in Myrtle Beach 2 weeks ago. All I caught was some small fish off Apache Pier. Would have gone crabbing at Huntington or fishing at Murrells inlet. The marsh walk was pretty fun!
Yeah the piers can be tough. Plenty of good shore fishing to be had along the grand strand tho
I live right around the corner from the Marshwalk. Love it here!!
would love to get on the water and fish with yall local carolina forest area
Were gonna be doing some meet ups for our channel members and then maybe a kayak fishing trip give away for members as well. Still working on insurance for guided trips tho
If you don't mind me asking what brand boats are you using and what is the length of them they seem to be perfect for the back Bay area. I enjoy your videos as I fish the Cherry Grove area myself thanks
We both use the Native Watercraft Slayer Max Ten, they are ten foot long boats and they are perfect!
I'm from NC I normally fish Murrells inlet, where can I put a boat in at Cherry grove
Boat ramp is on 53 ave there is one for kayaks there
And 2 for boats. Sorry, that part got missed, lol
@@coastalcarolinaliving just kayaks? I have a small jon boat.
@@pieseasmyseas sorry yes there are 2 ramps for boats!
Very nice flounder. I bet you enjoyed the fight in landing him!
Please, what is the shrimp lure that you used and so generously gave to the fishers in the boat?
Thank you for the comment! Its a vudu shrimp. We should have a link in the description to them.
Wish I lived where I could fish for seafood 😢
