    This is Lee Jumi.
    How is late summer going for you?
    This video is a vlog filled with my favorite exercise and meals.
    As summer is almost over,
    I ended up buying a Stepmaster, which was on my wishlist.
    (Hopefully I can look good in a fall sweater at least..)
    There were so many things I wanted to introduce,
    that I failed to adjust the length of the video..
    I will a summarize the video by chapter, focusing on exercise and diet!
    I will also leave the recipes that I used for the diet.
