A minor correction: it's a line printer, not a "dot matrix printer". The large print was definitely "faked": done before and the paper merely advanced in time.
Highly improbable this was late 1960s. More likely second half 1950s, say 1957 or 1958 at the latest, judging by the equipment shown. It was more than a bit jarring at around the 10 minute mark when they started talking about computer tapes and showed a graphic of a 7" audio tape!

Oh it was awful! There are so many better old propaganda films - even Victory at Sea is better
