I'm glad you came to these conclusions at the end haha I have been a bit hard on myself about waking up early because these days my body is requiring me to sleep more hours like 10 hours or something and I'm realizing the best day I had was yesterday when I was just accepting of my needs, I watched my shows in the morning relaxed and then went and did my thing outside exercising and playing ("working") and it was an amazing day. I didn't need to wake up early and I accomplished all my tasks. I'm also being aware and that I like a day outside and then a day inside and it's been so helpful to keep a balance between that so I don't exhaust my energy/body
YESSS EXACTLY! It is definitely a process to deprogram our previous ideas of hard discipline and productivity that so many of us have been taught, but life flows so much easier when we just listen to what our body needs. I am insomniac not by choice. I caught insomnia this past month and I sleep until 11AM. 7 hours of sleep. I'll try and reverse my circadian rhythm and sleep less and wake up at 6AM. Maybe it will fix my insomnia. Who knows!!! ❤❤
