Goldies would be excellent guard dogs. They wouldn't scare away burglars, but they would prevent them from looking for things to steal by captivating them with their cuteness.
😂 that is what would happen at my house, except Otis ,being rambunctious and rude, would jump up to kiss his new friend. Maple would just be under his feet saying, "pet me, PLEEEASE, pet me."

Yes...they just approach any body for inviting and approve anybody to enter...thank God,we have 12 Indian dogs in our home..to protect them.
