all those pedestrians passing by must feel so lame knowing they couldnt do all of that in simple workout clothes much less a clean cut business suit haha.
great work as usual. can you keep the cognitive training videos coming? as someone in my mid 20s worried about plasticity and memory from bullshit in my teens i need all the help i can get to escape the hell of being a disassociated midwit and make something of myself.
Amazing video as always but I would like a bit more info on how and when you take these supplements, I’ve heard that some people take their stack all at the start of the day but would the body absorb them all correctly? Or is it best to take them throughout the day?
Could you please do a video on flexibility? I desperately need to fix my hamstrings and my dad needs to fix his hip flexors too. What exercises could we use to be mire flexible, what foods and supplements may help, and how often should we stretch for how long?
Wow thank you. What the actual fuck did the cringe pushups in a suit and “im a badass” sunglasses dude having a slap in the alley have to do with a mans daily stack? Just list your supplements and stop wasting everyone’s time
The only vitamin supplement I used which had a noticeable effect on my subjective sense of wellbeing was vitamin D. I spent most of my life feeling sluggish, lethargic, and demotivated, especially during winter. Had a hard time doing my uni assignments and just wanted to stay in bed. When I started supplementing with vitamin D, I realised that it is not normal to feel rubbish all the time. I attained a level of happiness, energy, and mental sharpness that I didn't even know I was capable of. As well as supplementing, I also make an effort to get more sun exposure as well, even when it is cold. Basics first.
Came here to say this. Get a 'general profile' blood test and a vitamin deficiency test for B and D. The best supplements are for things you're deficient in.
Two thoughts: 1. This feels like a Bioneer-Andrew Huberman crossover, and I love it so much 2. Unpopular opinion: I find even the idea of pre-workout to be horrible. You're spiking your dopamine even further at a time when it's already spiked, for a little extra performance, while creating the conditions for a huge day-long crash. The gym feels great already, use the caffeine to make work more bearable or to offset post-lunch drowsiness.
I quit preworkout because the amount of caffeine is like 2-4 soda's in each dose. Maybe I'll try a non stim kind later on but I don't miss it. I would get jittery and often headaches while trying to lift.
I agree, and while I can’t say I never take pre-workout ever, I don’t allow myself to use it more than once a week (if even that frequently) because I think it’s the type of thing that can become a crutch. If I can’t get excited about going to the gym, I know it’s time to massively overhaul my program.
I do Keto/intermittent fasting. The supplements I take regularly are D3(with K2), magnesium, zinc and nutritional yeast (B vitamins). I also eat lots of tinned sardines/mackerel in olive oil (cheaper than wild salmon), garlic, whole lemons and fermented foods. I eat a few unprocessed nuts each day too. At 58 I'm in the best shape of my life, have tons of energy, my mind is sharp and I sleep really well.............
I just know this is going to be another great watch as always,do you think you would ever create a video/workout routine based on the Master Chief? There's alot you could add in there regarding functional strength, speed endurance, agility, ballistic strength, reflexes, accuracy etc.
I like the fact he is all dressed up in the middle of town, doing all these bodyweight strength moves and people are just casually going about their business. Like yep its Adam again mucking about on the town sculptures.
I love your content and have both your books. Looking forward to the day when you have an app that works like your Protean system but charts and guides your progress!
My stack is proteine, creatine, tongkat ali, multivitamin, vitamine D, zinc and i mind my diet by eating quality food and train twice per day but short sessions both (martial arts) in the morning early, some weights during day time, and i stretch fir like 10 to 15 min an hour before sleep. Ps: i am a fitness professional aswell and a martial arts scholar. Great work and very useful video as always mr adam, thank you and am a big fan of your work and approach
I appreciate periodically reevaluating whats the best bang for your buck supps. My current selection in no particular order. + l-carnatine + omega 369 + creatine + magnesium (Calm) + beta alanine before workouts I use to use L-citriline with as a pre too l but haven't for a while. Really wish threonate had more flavorless powder options. I like to use magnesium post workout Then the more common + Calc magnesium zinc + multi vitamin + vit C + protein powder
K2D3&vitamin A are very very helpful, and when it comes to hydration, you would want to supplement calcium magnesium potassium as well as sodium because those four are electrolytes
Why do supplement about a gram of creatine several times a week, some say 5g is great but if you eat enough animal protein, you won't need that much creatine
Resveratrol, NMN, and L-Citrulline in the morning. After dinner, magnesium, omega-3, a multi-vit, and D3. Jocko Molke protein after workouts. Coffee in the morning and early afternoon, occasionally with MCT oil. I'm 50, male, about 15% body fat, still pretty active.
Thanks mate, I train daily and been interested in using some supplements but not sure what are useful and others that are waste of time & money. Love the videos mate, I have taken on a lot of your training programs, attitude & philosophy. I do use MSM which helps with ligament repair. 🇳🇿nz
I take: •Grass-Fed Whey Protein isolate •Multivitamins •Krill Oil •Creatine •Iron(when my cycle starts) •Aminos with electrolytes •Collagen This works well for me. However, I'm interested in the one you mentioned about improving ADHD symptoms.
before you get any supplements go through ur diet and check if you need it. Supplements have a bad rep since a lot of ppl dont do their research and end up overdosing, especially with multi vitamins/minerals, which could be really bad long term
vit D is perfect, since research shows its almost impossible to overdose on, and most people have deficit of vit D, even in the south where the sun is great. I used to take up to 12000 IU a day to none at all just as I feel. No side effects. Mostly felt good. Got my vit D check and doctor said I am one of few who had it in proper range. Vit D is taken with fat, as its fat soluble. I have done little research on vit D, and its good to check out University of California TV for more info as they have proper research lectures on this topic. Just my two cents.
The final scene as The Bioneer emerges from the shadows of the alleyway, and some random Humanoid almost walks into him, tempting to disrupt the Even Flow state he is in. I laughed at the sight in mind of Bioneer just randomly Roundhouse kicking the man out of his way, Chuck Norris style. Great video, some supplements Id never heard of.
- Natural testosterone booster tables (1 a day) - Ashwagandha (1t) - Creatine (whenever I remember to take it) - Protein (chocolate. Whenever I dont wanna eat but need protein) - Turkesterone (mixed reports, but I find it gives me a better pump when Im working out) - Pre workout (A slight energy boost at gym) - Mens multivitamin (Makes my pee neon yellow so I guess I'm already full of vitimins)
Caffeine is a big one for me. A cup of coffee in the morning before training, and very rarely a cup of decaf in the afternoon. Creatine and Protein Isolate are my two standards. Experimenting with an electrolyte mix from "Muscle Feast" at the moment. Would love to see a video going into the science of hydration and electrolytes. Fiber is another good one that I think folks laugh at a bit too quickly.
Magnesium Threonate cured my migraines. 5 years without a single incident since I started taking it. I also take an Elderberry, zinc, vit C, vit D complex to help with immune support. Started taking it 3 years ago as a certain exciting virus became the hottest topic. I've managed to avoid it, even though I go to my martial arts classes. Turmeric helps with joint pain and general inflammation. NAC because I'm getting old. It helps the body to generate glutathione, which begins to decline as you get older.
The only vitamin supplement I used which had a noticeable effect on my subjective sense of wellbeing was vitamin D. I spent most of my life feeling sluggish, lethargic, and demotivated, especially during winter. Had a hard time doing
Great to see the videos coming back ,never heard of some of the supplements , can vouch for omega3 and whey for anyone new , simple steps to aid training !

Great vid as always! My routine on supplements is slowly increasing but I currently use Vitamin D, Creatine Monohydrate, Grass Fed Whey Protein once-a-day and a morning mug of water with electrolytes. My takeaway from this is to add the magnesium threonate and omega-3 maybe... despite being a 37yr old father, I think I need a 7-day pill box to remember to take ma pills soon!!
I wish you'd listed desiccated liver capsules for those who don't eat fresh liver. I love your work, though, and appreciate how much great knowledge you share with us. Thank you!
“Bullet proof “ coffee with MCT and multi collagen powder. I’m not 100% sure how beneficial but it’s a routine now and I like it. I’ve also started 12 raw eggs a day. 5 days in to that.
I would add caffeine pre workout and iron if feeling overtrained and losing endurance when you should be gaining it as you can deplete iron when doing lots of cardio. I also find zinc and turmeric can help with recovery from doms. Apart from that stack is spot on.
I change up combinations of two vegan protein powders from Raab Vitalfood with some kind of powdered fruit or vegetable or turmeric for flavor and extra vitamins and to combat inflammation. Right now, I am using pea, lupin and rose hip powders (good for collagen).

@@jonaspeteget your vit D checked. I live in the desert and vit D deficiency is very common here
How much vitamin D do you usually take, out of curiosity.
Easy to take too much vit d which is equally bad for yoy
Love the change in the visual aspect of the video man, congrats to you and Grant for trying something new and cool
Thank you! It was a lot of work but we also had a great time lol!
Soft boiled eggs with the yellow egg yolk covers a lot of my choline, protein and vitamin needs.
6-6.5 minutes in boiling water seem to be the sweet spot for that balance between soft/firm on my eggs, at least in my experience 😗
