- Jordan Pierre, senior at Syracuse University Delivers the most powerful speech heard by an Undergraduate at the 2023 S.I. Newhouse School Of Public Communications Convocation. The speech was powerful, thought provoking and most importantly inspiring. This is a speech the world should hear.
Such great perspective that I had to reflect on myself. Since I went to an HBCU I got to blossom and be myself. But hearing you I can only imagine what your PWI experience was because we all know Americas lessons teach us it is not the curriculum that makes it rigorous but the systematic structures that try to strip us and keep us behind for just being black. This message is profound and needs to heard around the world. I will follow you Jordan all the way to the top!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

A speech that tells the truth in an eloquent way. He imparts the necessary issues that need to address for persons of color. He explains that many of those who come from a low economic background that makes it difficult to obtain an education.
