    Thank you so much. I have a web application for my clinic that uses MS-SQL SERVER and sometimes it gets extremely slow. Any idea what might cause that?!

      Sorry I don't have much expertise on this. There can be multiple reasons
      1. The internet itself might be slow at that time
      2. There can be some issue with web app
      3. If we talk about SQL Server, may be there are some maintenance tasks like database backups are going on or index rebuild or statistics updates are going some, thus may be due to some maintenance task it can be slow. I think only a DBA can take a look at it and can tell the reason when it is slow.

    if 1 session in running state and my session is blocked by running session , shall i kill that session or not

      If that session is not important then you can kill it.

    Please explain about lock commands and after finding blocking session what are the next steps. Only killing that blocking Id or any other further steps.
