My piggie does this once in a while at night. I always get up and hold her for a bit. She usually comes straight at me when she chirps and only dtops if I pet her
My Guinea pig did this once, I woke up and went over to stroke his head and he was calm. Then I heard him chirp again, at the same time heard a bird fly in the room. The bird left as I got up shut my bedroom window 😮
