Ours has never connected well and doesn't connect at all anymore. Not simple...constantly have to troubleshoot it each time we go to use it. Not kid friendly.

My phone app and the website set up don't walk me through this part of the set up like it does in the video. Also, friendly suggestion for improvement for set up instructions would be to show where the printer food is put into the printer....the video cuts off at the top. I figured it out, but not really clear instructions.
You skipped the most important part - showing HOW to feed the "ink" (as you called it) into the printer.
This is painful to connect sometimes does sometimes doesn't, and every time you turn it on you have to go through connection from beginning that make me to return it right away
Just FYI that this is the old setup experience... we'll be posting another video in a couple of weeks
Do you know the differences between the 2018 and previous model? They are both on sale at $58 (2018) and $39 (previous), I placed an order for the $39 but I'm in time to upgrade to 2018 if it worths $20 more! Thank you!
