  • This video is a visual journey of a Shimpaku Juniper “Whip” grown from a cutting. 3-4 years old, it was my original intention to only clean it and several others and apply training wires to them.
    Originally from the southwest, I’ve become very interested in styling junipers with a somewhat, southwestern high country native juniper look.

      Hello and Thank You. It’s actually a dwarf Japanese sweet flag, Acorus. The larger one is also Acorus, Ogon. One of my favorite plants, loves it on the wetter side, so great with water features and evergreen…
