TSM earned that win in G3 vs SSW. They drafted to their advantage and made smart plays as a team. You can see that in G4 they continued to play smart and showed that they were world-class. They were losing team fights to SSW so instead they focused on their brilliant rotations which opened up the map. SSW had to earn their G4. “The win was more given than earned.” That’s not true. The SSW draft in G3 vs TSM was similar to their late game comp against SSB in G1. In that game SSW demolished SSB. In 2014, TSM beat SSW fair and square. (I do admit that SSW wasn’t playing smart in that G3 vs TSM especially that lvl 1) I remember watching those games live. SSW felt like unbeatable gods! @@miketurns18 there is something very important that cannot be left out of the conversation, and that is the meta, 2014 meta will allow the games to be ended faster, and even with a slower paced meta, Damwon ended their games quite fast. One world championship that will always be deceiving with their average game time is 2017, Samsung was quite dominant in worlds' playoff but being the ardent scencer meta, their average game time was over 34 minutes. Meta allows some teams and players to get advantages that other metas they would not have. In 2014 it was well explained how important was the visions and mid lane control, however, in 2015 due to all the changes on champions and meta, top lane had a greater impact, therefore MaRin became the one element that allowed SKT to be so dominant, never forget that worlds 2015 was played on that juggernaut patch in which you had to perma ban Mordekaiser and GP, still MaRin could play against them with picks like Renekton and Fiora, which earned him the MVP (at MSI, top lane had less impact when SKT lost against EDG). I find it really hard to determine the most dominant team as league was very different throughout each meta, play styles are different and not all players are made to peak on every existing meta.
u cannot compare SSW with new teams cos the game kept getting easier every season since 2014 with new changes. riot did this trying to expand its demographics towards kids. by 2018, the game completed its dumbing down process so even a 7 year old can play this game. so, u cannot compare teams like IG, DWG, FPX which rely on individual mechanics to SSW, SKT, ROX, SSG who are macro oriented. pre 2018, making mistake was unforgiving whereas now, u can go 0/5 in lane or be behind in jungle and still come back. u didn't have over powered baron and elder drake buffs that can swing the game around. u actually needed to play the game properly.
How is talking about SSW disrespectful to SKT 2015? SKT 2015 may be the most dominant team ever, just because they made a video about SSW doesn't mean it's disrespecting any other team.
They perfected League? A team that did not win ANYTHING in the LCK (That was even the son of SSB and KT) and that only had 1 good month, which was precisely the World Cup? As you can see that some did not follow the OGN / LCK in S4 ...
honestly... it is debatable ofc, but remember: Samsung White in 2014 literally played a completly different game then anyone else did. This video explains it quite well, when they explain how the deep vision let Samsung know the cooldowns of the enemy jungler: DanDy and Mata always knew, where your Jungler was and attacked accordingly. They never ever picked a fair fight. Now SKT 2015 was insanly good, but they were more on a "individual talent" level good. Like Faker picking Ryze, that got nerfed to the ground and wasnt picked by anyone else and then getting solo killed" good. Even though Faker played like 2 professional game on Ryze all time before Worlds. (Honestly, I, to this day, believe, that Faker decided to win Worlds with the Champ that has the lowest winrate in SoloQue on that patch... and yes, people always remember that broken version with the perma snare, but that was like 6 patches before Worlds. During Worlds, no other player then Faker even looked at Ryze... And Faker got solo kills with it) But from a cohesive team perspective, SSW was just... well... playing chess, when everyone else was still playing checkers.
It's very simple: they played pro games like we know them today, where deep vision, early skirmishes with clever tps and crossmap plays are the key to win, but in 2014.
Samsung White revolutionized the League of Legends, when normally at that time the games lasted +35 minutes, they won in 20 minutes with very large markers, it was abysmally superior, they played in a modern way, they are practically the creators of the early game.

SKT showed us Korean Dominance but SSW showed us you don't ever beat Korean Teams.
SSW had the most dominant worlds run but 2015 T1 was the best team ever imo
Everyone talk about this roster but not skt who only loss 1 bo5 in 2015 disrespect XD
SKT didn't revolutionise the meta in the same way that SSW did
How is talking about SSW disrespectful to SKT 2015? SKT 2015 may be the most dominant team ever, just because they made a video about SSW doesn't mean it's disrespecting any other team.
1:38 it would take a miracle for tsm to win a game vs... anyone?
Legendary Team
Pawn got injured. So sad.
Do 2015 skt
How is losing lane to yasuo with jayce and flashing his tornado a great play
SSG 💙 SSW 💙 SSB
The fact that SSW is ahead of their vission game in the era was phenomenal, but SKT 2015 would straight up sand bagged them 3-1
River Shen
The best team ever PERIOD.
DOUBLELIFT JINX HIMSELF HE WENT 0 6
SSW the best team on the World ever and ever
They perfected League? A team that did not win ANYTHING in the LCK (That was even the son of SSB and KT) and that only had 1 good month, which was precisely the World Cup? As you can see that some did not follow the OGN / LCK in S4 ...
My main is rengar because of dandy
Calling Homme Ha-meh is triggering af. It's French and pronounced like Ohm.
what a good vid
the best team i could see
Homme is pronouce just like "home", not "hom may"
and u don't hire exil for that ..... could be a 11/10
What about the russian team in s2
I like the skins
2015 SKT's worlds run??
Still the best league of legends best team.
Qotd! Nothing well shit XD
Please get a pop filter for your mic.
2014 ssw 2015 skt and now 2020 damwon
Don't forget 2013 skt as well and 2016 skt again lol
Only watched this because ssw singed
Yeah good skt 2015 only loss a game that year so skt 2015> ssw 2014
True, wtf is this guy on the vid drinking
@@iiREYteoii need the content probably
honestly... it is debatable ofc, but remember: Samsung White in 2014 literally played a completly different game then anyone else did.
And Faker got solo kills with it)
But from a cohesive team perspective, SSW was just... well... playing chess, when everyone else was still playing checkers.
It's very simple: they played pro games like we know them today, where deep vision, early skirmishes with clever tps and crossmap plays are the key to win, but in 2014.
Wow skt fans so triggered lmao
Most dominant team in worlds: Skt 2015 am I a joke to you?lol
I know right ssw only won worlds though.
