@@davidstreet3581, a tornado (even with video evidence) cannot be confirmed unless by the NWS. We know it's a tornado, we can clearly see it's a tornado, but the government has to tell us it is actually a tornado.
But there were no deaths in Winchester or Selma. 38 injured. 3 critically and was as of 2 hours ago.
