Dayyyum! This is C300 (204) killer level already! My 99' C230K with only crank pulley, intake/charged air piping and some ebay 421 headers can only pull 7.2-7.4 sec. 0-100kmh, it's 722.6 5 speed auto tho. I am also following your posts on benzworld. Keep up the good works bro!

A bit under 8 seconds but after timing the run a few times, the time on my stopwatch came up in the 7 - 7.5 seconds to 100kmph window. Couldn't get the it under 7 seconds even once.

I have 2005 any ideas ,not really finding a lot of aftermarket stuff and most of the ecu flashes are only like 20 hp.I would expect more. Hell you can get 500 to 1000 out of other 4 cylinders
great job! i have done similar to my 6M R170 200K. just swapped the m45 nose from a 230k. it has smaller pulley. the car reached 190hp and 260nm. now time to switch to 4-1 header. should i bother ecu flash?. it runs smooth already.

I wish i could figure out why my '02 wont hold the throttle body reflash. SC quits after 4 to 5 days. Then no power. Have tried 2 different throttle bodies and same result. Runs perfectly...then quits to limp mode after 4 or 5 days. Weird. Its a manual too
Mohd Nazif with the m45 is only changing the supercharger pulley perfect! (but hard) replacing both is to much for the little m45, installing an engine pulley ring is the most easy solution but it also makes the alternator spin faster. grtz

Beside making headers, increasing exhaust and intake flows, remaping and pulley change did you have to buy anything else? I am completing parts for simmilar build on indentical Merc, and i am wondering how did you managed to reach 222hp with m45 supercharger. Greats from Poland P.S. I compared your acceleration with 2017 m2, from 150 to 220 km/h, and in time your C accelerated from 150 to 220 BMW did only 230. I am schocked, gl with slk build ;)

I started to realize how good this build was after I sold the car :p the C has very good gear ratios in the 6 speed gearbox for this kind of application (unlike the slk manual 5 speed) the pulley in this build is the standard pulley size from IBF auto in Poland I think it was 69mm (found them on ebay) other then that I did some minor changes in the maf (removed the metal mesh) same for the throttle body and grinded the throttle body shaft down to allow more airflow (minimum gains but gains are gains ;)) that w203 was a good sleeper! fun fun fun everytime when the light went green :D the SLK needs more custom fabrication for huge gains I am already at 210whp (262crank) but the transmission losses are crazy, 3rd gear feels as fast 4th gear hahahaha law forbids me to change the gearbox etc :( I'm aiming at 270+hp next year

thx man! the thing about the m271 is that it is not an easy engine to upgrade, you will need a remap if you want to make more power (even if you install a smaller pulley on the supercharger) and the gains are minimal, better leave it stock

IBF performance in Poland sells them, search for: "mercedes benz smaller supercharger pulley" on ebay and you will find them (+-100eur) about the header: no need to apologise, I respect your honest opinion, the reason why it is made like that is because it is a dyno proven design, I don't have the skill to calculate the correct lengths etc... (google "dynocomp c230" for more info on this design)
Hello I have a w210 E200K 2001 m111 engine, I have installed a k&n cold intake (cone) and smaller supercharger pulley that I bought from a guy from Poland, the supercharger whines like a **** but I can't feel any gains in hp / tq, any idea why ? Some people said I have to remap the ECU in order to feel the gains, is it true ? I have contacted a company called pp performance and they offered to remap my ECU.. any suggestions? Thanks a lot
Ali Aghabi jep you have to reflash the ecu. its extremly dangerous without because the mixture can get extremely lean which can cause damage due to heat in vareous parts of the engine...

+David Spiro you have the newer m271 1.8l engine, that engine is already running close to it's max potential with the mp45 supercharger, expect +- 225hp with smaller pulley + remap (the remap is needed tgo)
Thank You for the advice. I have a failed voltage regulator at the moment so im replacing the alternator this weekend. Hopefully that resolves the issue I am having. The regulator tested bad so hopefully replacing it will fix the issue I am having when I put any electrical load on(Air Conditioner, Headlights, windows) seems to make it idle rough while in Drive with the foot on the brake at a stop. I am only getting one error code P0620 so my fingers are crossed that this will resolve the issue. Other than regular maintenance this will be the first repair I put into the car.

homeidea2010 yes indeed, I already sold this car but my next project has a bigger engine and i plan on fitting a larger intercooler as long as it flows good or methanol injection, raising the rpm limit is also helpfull
A very good/decent puller, some very hard screws and washers to press the new pulley back on and some basic tools te remove the blower (don't underestimate removing the pulley, it can be very hard to break loose)

Robert Lifea, im from Belgium, the map is from Speer Chiptuning in Germany, unfortunately the m271 is a lot different from an m111 and it is harder to tune. if you are interested, my car is for sale ;)

also you must join the tube of the first cylinder with the tube of the 4th cylinder in a collector and the tube of the second cylinder with the tube of the third cylinder, that allows a greater flow.

@@squadragrunn nooit last gehad van riemslip, de riemspanner moet uiteraard ook nog goed zijn. Enkel de kompressorpulley vervangen heeft wel het voordeel dat je alternator er niet door gaat afzien, het boeltje draait zo wel een hoop efficienter.

what car, what year, what engine you have?

on that engine the best upgrades are a smaller supercharger pulley and a remap (tune)
you need a longer final drive. you should hit 100kmh i. second gear

How did you flash the ecu by yourself? Were you provided with the right files?
I was provided by the right files, the needed damos files aren't cheap

At 00:31 into the video It shows a window that says USB Device Active. What is that? I have a 2005 C230 Kompressor if there is a way to program it for increased performance please let me know. Also what are your thoughts on a smaller pulley for my stock SuperCharger? Thanks
+David Spiro you have the newer m271 1.8l engine, that engine is already running close to it's max potential with the mp45 supercharger, expect +- 225hp with smaller pulley + remap (the remap is needed tgo)
+David Spiro contact a tuner for the remap ;) not an easy job with the m271 engine ecu
Thank You for the advice. I have a failed voltage regulator at the moment so im replacing the alternator this weekend. Hopefully that resolves the issue I am having. The regulator tested bad so hopefully replacing it will fix the issue I am having when I put any electrical load on(Air Conditioner, Headlights, windows) seems to make it idle rough while in Drive with the foot on the brake at a stop. I am only getting one error code P0620 so my fingers are crossed that this will resolve the issue. Other than regular maintenance this will be the first repair I put into the car.

Other thing may be add racing intercooler, play with adjustable fuel pressure regulator, Rpm cut unlock may gain more Hp. Just my idea.
homeidea2010 yes indeed, I already sold this car but my next project has a bigger engine and i plan on fitting a larger intercooler as long as it flows good or methanol injection, raising the rpm limit is also helpfull
3nslav3 You may put turbo instead of supercharger. I see some W203 with M111 2000cc. put turbo with good result.

homeidea2010 crazy! in my country it has to look stock for yearly inspection :( cant afford to remove a turbo setup each year and get emmisions right

A very good/decent puller, some very hard screws and washers to press the new pulley back on and some basic tools te remove the blower (don't underestimate removing the pulley, it can be very hard to break loose)

There is thread inside the shaft that you can use to press the new 1 on, heat alone might not be enough

Robert Lifea, im from Belgium, the map is from Speer Chiptuning in Germany, unfortunately the m271 is a lot different from an m111 and it is harder to tune. if you are interested, my car is for sale ;)

also you must join the tube of the first cylinder with the tube of the 4th cylinder in a collector and the tube of the second cylinder with the tube of the third cylinder, that allows a greater flow.

de chiptuning zelf brengt weinig of niks op, de motor loopt er wel een heel stuk vloeiender door (chiptuning is door speer gedaan (ebay))

@@squadragrunn nooit last gehad van riemslip, de riemspanner moet uiteraard ook nog goed zijn. Enkel de kompressorpulley vervangen heeft wel het voordeel dat je alternator er niet door gaat afzien, het boeltje draait zo wel een hoop efficienter.

@@squadragrunn met een goede pulleytrekker + eventueel impact lukt het ook maar een pers is meer aangeraden

Roger Doger smaller sc pulley or larger crankshaft pulley should work okay ;) you might have to retune the lpg

I have an issue that has been troubling me since i bought the car and i was hoping you can help with your experience. I have a pinging sound under load at low rpms. what do you think might be the cause.
Low rpm and load are incompatible, leads to premature aging

100euro will give you 200hp with an ebay supercharger pulley ;) (search for smaller m45 pulley)
