    Thank you Shirley.
You are such a great piano teacher genuinely replied commentators - those yearn to learn to motivate them to improve their skills in dynamics and expressions which is so critical in music.
    An INSPIRING teacher. God bless.

Really insightful. Thank you - your guidance on process - including thinking about decays - is invaluable. Will try to apply it in practising this lovely piece.

Ative as legendas.

Shirley, I've been trying to learn this song for two weeks, but I'm not doing very well. I've been playing the piano for eight months (I'm 47) and maybe it's too fast? As you think? Thank you for the advice in your movie :)

This is a piece that is ideal to learn in layers, isolating bass, treble, after beats, etc. and permuting various voices. I can't discern from afar without knowing a student whether he or she should be working on this Waltz. Each student requires an individually carved out path of development. (that includes scales, arpeggios, and repertoire that is appropriate)

At 2:55, you didn't say the notes right, you were saying like c major instead of a minor.

I think it's just movable do solfege rather than fixed one (So A is Do since it is scale degree 1)
