I love this campaign,fun maps, no bullshit, and the ATs being hard are a plus for me, i already got them all, took me 1.5 hours on 25 and sub 30 on each other black map
The AT on 25 is hard because people don't know the car. (Plus, it's challenging.) The AT on 22, the FS map is soo much more cooked. If a new player had to play the two maps without help. They'd take a long time on 25. But They'd never get 22. You have to look up guides online to figure out how to S4d and speedlide. Even then, it's cooked!
Getting gold on those maps is an achievement in and of itself. Not everyone needs to be able to drive AT's. But when the FS AT would most likely win div 1 in Cuppa, it's a little too far.
I don't think 22 is as cooked as people think. Sure it's really hard if you aren't good at fs but I think people thought it was harder than it is because they were taking a bad line in discovery. Spammie was down 30 speed in the start by going too direct into that upside down part, not a knock on Spammie as almost everyone I watched besides Mudda was doing the same in their discovery runs. So if you get a good start with a clean turnover then you only need two halfway decent sd's after that to get the AT. I've watched replays of people in my state who had pretty weak runs and missed the start sd completely and still got the AT with clean lines and one or two decent sd's. Of course you have to know that speedsliding exists and learn how to do it but you don't have to be an expert to get the AT by any means.
Refreshing to see a campagin not take 40 min for pro player to beat. Honestly its supposed to last the whole month and be a challenge for normal players. Its not a participation medal campaign
