  • This improvisation started as an exercise in connecting all my current sound-making devices together using each Dysphonia's 3-channel mixer instead of my Soundcraft mixer, and finding the correct levels to avoid clipping as the sound is processed in the Zoia.

This is the a wonderful corner of the internet, because it feels like a place that nobody has ever been to before. I often come to your channel when I need to take a break from the world out there.

Thank you again to my little corner of the Internet. I am again glad to hear you enjoy exploring and seeing things that hardly anyone has seen (or heard) before. Improvising music is indeed a kind of escapism for me too, it's a meditation where you forget completely about everything and anything else, and that is one of the feelings I enjoy when doing any kind of wordless creative endeavour. Writing creatively is different since you usually reflect on things that are not present, or you intellectualise and define something that is of the now.
But with music or abstract painting, you let a few of your senses completely dominate your entire attention, and that is something I strongly believe everyone needs from time to time.

Oh, and if my presumption is correct, and you happen to be the Jan that just donated to me on Ko-Fi earlier, thank you very much. It is highly appreciated, and something that keeps inspiring me to keep sharing what I do and enjoy with the world.

@@hakonsoreide I just wanted to show that there are people who value what you are doing (is that even correct English?). Thanks.

@@derjansan9564 That sounds like perfectly correct English to me, and thank you again. Very nice of you.
