The dating scenario made me laugh so hard. Yesterday I had a moment where I wondered how in the heck did I attract my angry, negative husband. Because at the time, I was super depressed, overwhelmed by single motherhood, and was vibing so low. No wonder depressed and angry got together! LOL. I love him very much, and both of us have grown into higher vibes after 10 years, but our paradigms show up once in a while (depressed and angry!) lol

I agree with vibrations, but how do you know what the actual frequency level is for these emotions? Where did you get your data from? I see these things around, but everyone has different values for the same emotions.
Well I got the information by combing info from sources such as Dr David R Hawkins in Power vs. Force. You have to keep in mind that the specific number as it’s written to go with whatever emotion it is isn’t necessarily to be strictly accurate. What you have to remember is that the feel good emotions are towards the top and then not feel good emotions are toward the bottom. Emotions, behaviors, etc. The goal is to stay towards the top.
may I pls ask, how as an animal empath since a toddler can I keep my vibration high when I advocated @ shelter and saw so much terrible cases of cruelty/bait animals, etc that broke my heart...I can't shake from my memory and feel so sad for innocent animals that have no voice... for all of them in harm's way.....I read Dr. Judith Orloff who is an empath, and it made so much sense, said that empaths who experience trauma early in life are even more sensitive later in life..in addition to being empaths, I wish I could do more to help them all and find it hard to feel peace for myself when knowing so many are being harmed..I struggle with this ..ty for any insight
I know that was difficult and am sorry you had to experience that. I in no way mean for this to sound insensitive, trust me. But the honest answer is that just as with anyone who experiences trauma, healing and finding joy/raising your vibrations is a choice. You can certainly choose to hold onto that pain and sadness but that is a choice. You can have the experience you did and still choose healing and to release the energy of that. I’ve done it. Many others have done it. For me, it took years of therapy for PTSD. The thing that finally actually truly helped was EMDR therapy. If you aren’t sure what that is, you can google it. It worked wonders for me.
@@TheWholenessShift I understand and have tried emdr, but perhaps not with the right practitioner..I may try it again when able...I don't want to hold onto the pain, I think I need to let the healing process..but I wish I could do more for all of them, or that the cruelty didn't occur, in any form..bc I 'feel' so much as an empath, especially for the most vulnerable...I do try to shield and take respits or I wouldn't be able to survive being here on this plane...is there a way to lessen the heightened sensitivity without losing the ability to care? I often ask for the angels, ascended masters, higher beings, source energy, .. to intervene and comfort all who need protection from harm, so I can release what I am not able to do myself...it's finding the balance to be able to help lessen suffering and make a difference yet find balance to not be wrecked by it or oblivious/removed so not to help what little I can to make a positive impact... if every human did just their small part of helping others, animals, the earth..what a world it could be....yoga and grounding, rest, help...where is compassion rated on the scale? ty for reply...this was a good reminder to work at FOCUSING on positive
