So I read about Lexie and this video on Chinese page six that, she basically spent all the money she made out of this album (probably the previous one as well) on making this music video （later on I was told the Manta mv actually burned out the money. Thank you @Yans Huang and sorry for not making it clear the first time). She didn't have much support and only had 2 people (including herself) on the team (hopefully she is getting more support and investment now!). She really deserves so much more!
I just wanted to say I love how well this music video fits with the song. This is just my theory of the mv but it's like Lexie left the "world" her and her significant other built together (as to why she's in the spaceship) and she watches everything they built together (their world) be destroyed, as it is the end of their relationship. She shuts down the spaceship and jumps out into space to symbolize that along with the closure of their relationship, she is also saying goodbye to the "her" she was in the relationship so that she move on.

This is such a beautiful song and it’s so calming 😭 I swear Chinese music should be heard more and brought into more counties in the world because it’s quite underrated. I know that China blocks off RUclips for some reasons and she is quite well known there but I feel that more creators in China should be heard around the world as there are so many good singers and songwriters and girl/boy groups out there, it should be known and seen as much as Kpop but that’s just me, not sure if anyone else agrees. Overall I just love this song, I got goosebumps and shivers, she is such a good singer!!!

Even among the producers on Rap of China, only Kris Wu is actually Chinese. Or actually, Canadian... So up til now, Chinese music has not been exported that well. China hiphop is pretty good though so hopefully it will finally reach global audiences.
