Hi Daisy, don't go for any agent or consultant; they'll just waste your time and money. As explained in the video, Manitoba has a totally different points assessment grid where you have to score 60 out of 100. The calculation as well as entire application process has also been explained in the video. Manitoba has a separate EOI system through the Manitoba govt. website, and after you get your nomination certificate from Manitoba you will get 600 CRS points for your nomination so your current score of 379 won't even matter. ALL of this, again, has already been explained in the video, so kindly have a better look at it. Hope this clears things.

Hi, there's no other option for those who don't have the CIC format reference letter, IRCC won't accept your reference letter if it isn't in the format explained in the attached video link. It all depends on if you fulfill all if the other requirements mentioned as well. Invitations are issued fairly regularly.

Hi Abinash, your ties have to be living in Manitoba in order to be eligible for the MPNP. That's why that criteria is called 'ties to Manitoba'. Do you have any other distant relatives or friends living in Manitoba?
