For the skilled worker overseas:
1. can I use Toeft ibt or previous studies that conducted in English to satisfy English language proficiency or they accept IELTS general only?
2. Should we apply for accredited certificate (Wes) for the degree equalization or not necessary?

Canada accepts only CELPIP and IELTS
Yes, you need to get ECA for MPNP.
Mam, in my EOI, i indicated to stay outside winipeg (morden), i received LAA to apply, and my connection is in winipeg. Would i still need a connection from modern?

I'm Pinipa Wijesiriwardena.I'm in EE pool with CRS score 392.My husband is the main applicant having the in-demand NOC for Manitoba province which is 0111(Financial Manager) and we have got MPNP 90(with relative) points from points assessment as well. My first cousin lives in Winnipeg Manitoba and she is a PR holder.My questions are:
1.Can't we apply to MPNP since my cousin lives in Winnipeg? (Please note that we can settle out side of Winnipeg)
2. Can't we apply to a another province if we applied to MPNP? (Hoping to apply Saskatchewan as the above NOC is in demand there too.)

I have this doubt about EOI for Skilled Workers Overseas. I am from India. If we are applying for Skilled Workers Overseas, how can we reach up to 700+ without strategic invitation? We miss upon points of education in Canada naturally, otherwise we would have applied under international education stream. Also, we miss upon work experience, otherwise we would have applied under skilled workers in Manitoba. Please help me, this is baffling me badly.
Yes, it is hard. But some people from different countries have same kind of requirement for "regulated occupation" can easily get the license along with high language sore and strong connection to Manitoba.....make it possible

Hello. I mistakenly applied for base MPNP but I had to apply for enhanced to get into express entry pool. I have got base MPNP. Is there any way I can request to convert that? If she is the first cousin, then close relative, otherwise distance relative.

Hi Gurmeet! MPNP officials never announced ahead about NOC Codes being announced.
@@CanadianCharisma how can we know abt which noc codes were drawn.... after the draw happens... Like in SINP we can see the noc invited when the draw result is announced.
Is there any province is not required ECA report? Cause I done my 1yr part time diploma in Singapore on 2017 is it acceptable?

Hello, very informative! I just have some questions/clarifications. I am residing here in the Philippines and we aplanning to move in Manitoba. I started to apply through indeed and fortunately I got accepted and received a job offer NOC C. Can I directly apply to MPNP instead of applying for a working visa? Also if so, which stream will I be qualified?
If you have a job offer, then first you need to submit an EOI, accept LOA, application for MPNP, get MPNP certificate and then application for PR to federal. But if your employer needs someone today, then you should get work permit also.

For MPNP you do not require your education and work in the same field.

If you are interested in the only MPNP:
1. Make an EOI profile
2. If you get LAA, submit a complete application to MPNP
3. If they give you a nominee certificate, they will let you know that if you need to make an “Express Entry Profile “ or apply directly to “online portal” or “paper base”
@@CanadianCharisma but if Manitoba govt told me to make express entry profile than again I should have IElts 6each for express entry?because my brother is eligible for MPNP but not eligible in express entry (express entry IElts 6 each )

I tried to follow the EOI ranking score but my score was only 373, does it means it’s nearly impossible for me to get MPNP since the lowest score nowadays for Overseas is around 700. Please answer me, thank u 🥺🥺

You can directly submit expressions of interest to MPNP with CLB score according to demand list. If you get nominations, MPNP will instruct you “ how to submit the PR application to federal “

Hello, I want to know if the close relative has to be a PR ? because my sister is in manitoba but she is not a PR.
Secondly I want to know if a medical degree is considered as a masters? because on the express entry platform it is considered as a masters.
Yes, your relative must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
You need an ECA for your degree to get a Canadian equivalency. In most cases, it is considered a master degree.

Yes, you need a letter from a friend or relatives. If you don’t have any connection you are not eligible for MPNP. Check Morden Immigration if it works for you

Hi Sahahjalal! Yes, you can apply under NOC 4214, Ielts requirement for this is 6 each. You only need 60 points to submit EOI for MPNP. Yes, you can claim him as a friend, but need to kind of show your friendship. But calculate your EOI ranking points, What is your EOI score, and compare it with MPNP EOI draws.

Hi Umar! You should have at least one year of work experience to get EOI points.
Only eligibility does not matter, to get selected you should have good EOI points.
E01 means the main CRS ? if thats the one u r talking i am claiming point for my job. but not in the in demamd occupation in manitoba.
CRS score is for Express entry, which is different then EOI points. If watch full video you will get it.

you need a contact, but if you are in Ontario they will not believe that you will settle in Manitoba. If you really interested in MPNP, explore it and then you can move to Manitoba first

Yes, you can only get education points if you have ECA
ECA is needed for my depended wife.
you don not need Spouse's points specially for MPNP. But it is always better to get your spouse's ECA because in many other programs you need your spouse's education points.
Eca is required if you apply in express entry and make a profile in it but applying directly to mpnp with connection it is not required
