@jchang77 U2 input has been changed back to what it was in Super, but the startup is still the same. The only way you could catch someone with it, is if they press a button or don't know you can jump out of it as soon as you see the animation (same with Honda's U2). U1 is always the go to ultra because of it's projectile invincibility (stops fireball happy characters), pushes the opponent into the corner and punishes a heap of stuff.
So, after EX rush upper, you can connect the 2 normals but just miss the headbutt? I'd just go to training mode and take a look at your inputs. If you're doing the correct motion for headbutt and it's still not coming out, maybe you're not charging for long enough. Or maybe you need to double tap the headbutt out. If you still can't tell what you're doing wrong, post the video of you in training mode with inputs on OR stream yourself on Twitch.tv so people can give you feedback.
Yeah, that's the problem I have. I've been looking at my inputs and there's no extra or missing inputs. I'm trying to keep my charge (back) while doing the headbutt in case that has something to do with it. Still doesn't come out, I'll try the double tap; it's worked for other combos.
