    Yes, but the duty of the government is to insure that the inmates are safe and sound.
    If the government health bulletin is a lie and something happens to CM. Then it's a huge opportunity for AAP.

    You are right , but have seen the medical bulletins of national leaders in the media. So anything that affects or concerns public interest will outweigh the privacy of an individual. National or common interests outweigh personal interests
