- Watch AMBY's exclusive interview with Refused! Swedish punk-rockers Refused recently passed through Mississauga with Deftones in support of Freedom -- their first album release in seventeen years. Wanting to learn more about the record, I met up with the band's Dennis Lyxzén and David Sandström ahead of their performance. Enjoy our conversation as they show off their Neil Young impressions and discuss being funky dudes, provoking and upsetting people, dance moves, sensory attacks, and their "awesome" plan.

David Sandström overdrives; refused to put pants on. Is that the shape of David to come? He's helpless helpless helpless. He doesn't seem to come from a happy home, or maybe he just had too much cocaine in his cola. Too late, But Still. I didn't get the hint though.
Very clever comment! Too late for apologies is a vinyl single by their old side project Final Exit, amazing band, a lot more straight forward 1980's hardcore than Refused.
