As the Dominican Republic, conquer and annex the Caribbean island of Dominica (which is owned by the UK). You must annex by Peace Conference, and can found but not join factions, and can be any ideology. No mods.
Midnight Demon I've realize that South American countries are easier on non historical than historical focuses because US wont usually do Pax America first allowing you time to at least puppet a country and build a decent sized army. Then you strike the US while exploiting the Pax Americana because of the war intervention so you don't have to deal with massive amount of world tension causing the US to join the Allies.

Play as Chile and try to conquer South America. You can use the Road to 56 Mod and you can choose what ideology you want to be, but you can't join a faction.
Take over the Europe as Poland no joining allies or Comintern. (Mods are allowed)
In vanilla HOI you can pretty much conquer the world as portugal. From what I recall I got the whole extend of the soviet union, all of europe and half of china in one go.
Play as Czechoslovakia and take over Germany before 1938. You can only have Poland on your side if you want an ally.

Since ISP can't meet our demands, play as Argentina and you have to take other Moscow, but you have to join the axis

Play as Spain, you can't join any factions, however, you can make one and use Road to 56 mod. Conquer Benelux, Italy and all of the South America and Mexico

Play as Hungary take Romania, Yugoslavia, and Bulgaria. You can join the Axis and use mods except the road to 56 mod.
Play as Saudi Arabia and unite all of Africa and the middle east including Turkey, Iran and Afghanistan under your rule by the end of the game, Which ideology you follow is your decision but you can not join a faction, You can use any mods you wish.

Do make Greenland and Iceland and the proper color by playing as Iceland and using so many nukes on Greenland it become green with nuclear radiation and then it causes and nuclear winter which makes Iceland very cold and icy. :)
