This is an easy tutorial to make a crochet owl bookmark. It takes hardly few minutes to make a few of these and can be used for gifting people who love reading books. The owl appliqué itself can be used for various other crochet projects also
Things used:
1. Crochet Hook (body and branch) : 3.5mm
2. Crochet Hook (eyes) : 3.25 mm

How can we hide backside threads?
You can make a second part using same pattern and stitch over the back side. No need to include the eyes to this part.
Or simply glue the eyes instead of stitching so that back side has no threads.
Mine was way to thick for a bookmark
I am so sorry about it, I think you can try with a thinner yarn next time and convert this one to a keychain. 😊
