I bought mine 2 weeks ago and I am still learning, I bought 360 cameras (that I have not installed yet) , dvr ( works great) , tire pressure monitor, great sound on my VW Passat.
Bro! I hope you did not pay too muchfor the install because the install of that specific kit in that specific car basically takes less that 5 min. They send the thing with all the needed plugs and it is literally unplug and plug once you remove the dash....Which is Easy AF in that jeep.( I have the 2013 SRT BTW)
Bro when i tell you I don’t know anything I’m telling you I don’t know anything lol.. I’m a city boy that never had a car. It’s easier said than done I paid $60 to get it put in
@@IIGQII the guy put it in in 30seconds and smoked a cig for the other 45min in the hour of labor you paid for. These units are plug and play you dont have to know anything. I'm looking at this one, not many reviews. Can you post speakers & amps and your impressions of the sound of your system before/after? I have an aging Lexus and I could care less about screens, I'm all about the audio. It's hard to get a read on what impact the new screen based head units have on audio.
So I have a few people who rated this and I can say it completely changes the audio! My sister has a keep renegade and we got it for her truck and her Audio was atrocious until we installed this. I dont know how it does it but it’s so pristine and clear it’s great. I would highly recommend
I don't have steering wheel controls, and I noticed the 2K screen doesn't have audio controls on the left hand side. Is there another way to adjust the audio?
I think looks great, but when I installed mine I did not get audio at all! Everything else works fine. I have a VW GLI and I don't know what to do? Any info can help! Thank you
Teyes actually make this CC3 HEAD UNIT in different sizes for different vehicles. My car is a 2013 Volkswagen beetle and I can buy this for my car with the frame that will fit and make it look really nice nice but it's a smaller screen and a smaller unit. They do this because they wanted to look somewhat OEM stock and modern.
I know you probably have installed the reverse camera by now, but you could of used the factory reverse camera. I don't recommend if you can cause aftermarket ones tend to be better, but you could of if you wanted too.
I'm curious about the screen. How's the brightness in daylight? Does it dim at night? Are reflections/glare an issue? How is the visibility from various angles? Above/below/left/right
It’s not an issue I promise you during the day there’s a glare depending on how you’re using it. At the main screen there’s no issues at all pertaining to glare. However there’s certain apps that the glare is there like Amazon prime . But I use RUclips a lot and twitch and Apple Music on it with no glare. It does not dim at night but it does have an option to do that. And finally I feel the angle will probably depend on the vehicle you have. For me it’s straight angle but I’m rather tall so it’s not a problem. For smaller cars I don’t think that would be an issue.
Did you have any issues with the supplied stuff to install the head unit into the dash ? I bought the CC3 for my Fiat 500 and what mess, no instructions, nothing, cant get customer service, nothing to hold it into the dash it just sits there. I think the head unit itself is nice but the lack of any install instructions or videos and no customer support is a joke.
I have a couple questions bro. What memory RAM size you chose? I know there was the 32 and 64 I believe and then the 128. I order the 32 but it hasn't arrived yet I'm wondering if it would have been better to go with a 64 if it's going to be slow or not. The other question is if he can tell me a little bit more about that hotspot device I don't want to use my phone as hotspot all the time
Yeah i have the lowest one I believe its the 6gb of ram and 32 gb of storage. My hotspot is one of the hotspots that you can get from your cell phone carrier. And you just gotta determine how much data you think you’re gonna use. As much as i love my Jeep I’m not in it that much so i have like 10 GB of data for like $15 a month.
@@IIGQII as in the car on the main menu that speeds up when youre driver etc. you should be able to change that to be the same as your car, example if you drive jeep wrangler, you can change it to a wrangler of the same colour. i've seen videos of other people who have done this. getting mine next week.

BUYER BEWARE!! NOT RECOMMENDED- I tried so hard to like this unit. T'eyes has shown me the worst support I've ever received from a company. This isn't even the complete list of straight failure that I've had to endure from a company that doesn't have it together at all. My wife has a Subaru and somehow her unit survived a small electrical fire at the power harness and the head unit (their own connection). I have a Lexus and the wiring harness is rather complex in comparison. The 10+ connector harness they sent with the unit was literally falling apart upon arrival. Install didn't work of course. Takes a few weeks to realize they don't have any documentation for the vehicle and are trying to trouble shoot a harness/circuit they don't even have a schematic for, let alone the understanding of how its to be connected. Of the 7 people I've been in contact with, the first three that the in box documentation directed me towards, weren't even T'eyes staff but with a major retail site claiming to be T'eyes. And only two responded more than once and they pretend to offer support while having no understanding of the situation or that what they are asking to be done has been completed and was unsuccessful. It really just gets worse with every attempt. They'll make me pay to get a refund and create more hardship. All they had to do was send a intact harness 30 days ago and I'd have a working product and they wouldn't have a former customer in disbelief. I even offered to buy one and they still won't do it.. Go with a better brand. One that wont ask you to rewire 16 points on a broken electrical harness that you already paid. I own an automotive aftermarket company so I had already done everything on my own with the Lexus schematic and it still the harness is too far into deterioration. I would need to hard wire my own intact harness so just my AC will work.. 8 chat messages, 4 web forms, 32 emails and 37 days, still no working unit and not a single question answered in a fashion that added any value different between T'eyes support and a duck.
