Watkins here! Oh that floor…what an ordeal! But you persevered, so good for you! Geez…you will barely have any time there before you leave! I bet you are anxious to wrap it up. And sell your house. Lots of projects! Well, till next time…take care.
Really consider not "trapping" you appliances in that bathroom. It's gonna be a huge PITA when they fail. Find a way. Pocket door, even bi-fold door. Maybe even a big access panel.
It is what it is. It was a garage and only for 3 months out of the year. Had no other choice. It's fine. It's the least of my worries right. We will hook up and make sure they work before putting up the bathroom wall. Worse case scenario we take down the metal wall next to them. If I live that long. Thanx
Hate the look and the plastic feel. The salesman have tried to "sell" me on it. The waterproof claims are funny. Way too many seams for me to believe the marketing.
Don't do it. This building is only for the summer for 3 months. Budget was part of my issue and time. but tile would not have taken me any longer nor wood. I regret putting it in. One day I might have to cover it up with wood. The issue with wood was the cement under. I don't want to think about it right now. Just I would never ever recommend it no matter how waterproof. It's not because the water will seep through to the floor and if it comes up everywhere it' worthless to me. There will be so much furniture in here and rugs my saving grace will be it will mostly be covered. This will be the only winter I will be here. Next year I will be away and it will be locked up with barn doors bolted over windows and doors with rio link cameras already set up....
The floor looks great love the pattern. I'm impressed at his hard you work 🎉🎉🎉
awww thanx friend.
