I noticed your hand positioning is slightly crooked, and that you pluck upwards. Julian Bream complained that he almost lost his ability to play by not using a hand technique that keeps the wrist straight, and slightly arched. You play beautifully, I fear the strain on my tendons overtime?
Do whatever gives you the most relaxed posture. One size and one hand position does not benefit everyone in the same way. Be relaxed, avoid pain and strain; you will be fine as long as you stay relaxed and don’t tense up.
