The sad thing is that Aegon and Rhaenyra could have been good kings or at least decent kings in times of peace. Instead they were left as those responsible for a war that neither they wanted and that cost the lives of the dragons. Something that future kings would never forgive him

I don't think aegon could have been good as king. Rhaenyra in peace yes, but aegon wasn't meant for ruling. Aemond would have been a powerful king, but he was also quite egotistical and cruel.

Honestly I can't even choose a side..Black or Green, bc both have individualy great characters that I love...For example Alicent and Healena, I believe that Rhaenerys is the true queen though..so on that topic I choose black bc of her and the truth that lies within it...I like Alicent too though bc she's an amazing character and again Healena...I mean look at her she's so sweet and wise, also, prophecies! I just can't choose a side wholy bc I don't like everybody cause most of them are little shits. Just individual ones.

She did the best she could in her circumstances and refused to plunge the realm into war until her brother killed her son, on the same day she lost her father and daughter.

Daeron the daring and viserys 3rd are perfect for king . Though later viserys became king but only for 2 years his line continued and we've met 4 targeryns from his line in the original series.

It is possible but in favor of them neither Rhaenyra nor Aegon were ambitious or crazy. It was the war that led them to madness, paranoia and a thirst for revenge. I think that in times of peace and with loyal and competent advisers, they would have been good kings.

He would let Alicent,tyland,jaspher Wilde,otto and the rest of his council rule just like robert. Meanwhile Rhaenyra had daemon who was reckless and impulsive,cregan was the same and she made every possible decision that ended up making her lose her support even from corlys by the end and ppl even hated her. Green had ppl like tyland with wealth who remained very very loyal to them
