Thank you Blanca all of these tips resonated so deeply💖 i really could write a book about it all. It actually also sparked a dream i had many years ago which i am now interpreting differently once you talked about the feminine elements: Water and Earth and the image of an abundant harvest. I work in corporate technology and it is very air and fire which i can now see it’s a recipe for burnout.
