I am so glad you are posting these videos, keep bringing them. Your channel will explode if you keep going. That light is the exact light I have been looking at. I have the same cab just trying to save for the ddors.
@@alaskauntamed6476 Nice! I almost bought a 2012 500 crew. The guy wanted 7k for it. It was completely bare bones. Zero accessories. I was considering it, but the condition wasn't up to par for me. Good luck with your purchase!
Nice video with good information. I own a 2021 just like yours. Just bought a 36" light bar and preparing to install. I am concerned about how much amp load can be put on the key switch. My bus bar does not have a wire run to it from the battery for continuous power, just wired thru the key switch. Any thoughts?
I think that the reason that you have the wiring going from your battery to the buss bar is that you bought the factory winch. I have a brand new 2021 and all it has is the switch-on wire going to the buss bar.
Did you have to change any of the wiring to the switch to make it stay on or is it wired that way? By the way thanks for doing that homework greatly appreciated.
Where the brackets connect to the roof- are they bolted to anything else? Is there a substantial back plate or other support. My concern is the bolt (even with a sizable washer) just cracking the roof and punching through, especially in rough, bouncy terrain. Looks great. This may be my next project.
Nice machine, love the lights, thanks for the info, going to add the same to mine. Did you ever come up with replacement bulbs for the stock headlights?
Have the same Ranger. I purchased a 32” curve. Just wondering if the plastic is rigid enough to hold the light. Also wondering if there is much vibration when traveling?

Thanks for the info, I couldn’t find any info on the midsize crew 570 either. Glad you are posting some...
Good vid. Wish you would have shown more of the wiring connections and putting the switch in.
As I am about to buy a Ranger I appreciate these vids and look forward to new ones ! Maintenance and upgrades

@@kyle_noseworthy I am in a remote part of Alaska where it is hard to come by these vehicles . I found a good deal on a Polaris ranger 500 crew.
@@alaskauntamed6476 nice! Used? Those 500's are good engines.
@@kyle_noseworthy yes used. 2010 😋. Seems to be in good shape

Terrific Video! Thank you for putting it together. Did the machine come with the power block? Or did you have to purchase that?
Great job
Thanks Elwin!
How does it work with the lights above the cab? Maybe a road trip soon?
Take care
Incredible. Zero glare in the windshield, all while giving the best lighting angle.
Nice rig
Thanks Michael!

Any issue on blowing fuses if you wire to the key on terminal?

The light does wiggle a little, but the plastic roof is more than rigid enough to support it!
Looks good when are we goinig to cook beans and bacon at the lake quad looks fine
That needs to happen SOON!
