If you wanna live suburbian lifestyle, Loudoun County is for you. If you wanna live in suburbs but be close to hustle and bustle, Fairfax is definitely for you. Also if you're college student, Fairfax is definitely for you
You rule, Ive binged so many of your videos and appreciate and enjoy all of your content and the way you go about doing your videos. I'm looking to buy a rental property in Fairfax. I'd love to link up with you to find a great place!
Hi Sean, thanks for watching, means a lot. I actually just helped a client purchase an investment property in Fairfax County and now its up for rent. I would love to help. Shoot me an email anytime, davemass2@gmail.com
You did not mention all of the wonderful parks in Fairfax and Loudoun. Nova parks along with the Fairfax county park authority manage beautiful clean parkland, and lots of it.
Thanks for watching my videos! I just helped my friend purchase a single family home in Falls Church last weekend. Lake Barcroft is beautiful. I wish I could fly my drone in that area but it isn't allowed.
@@LivinginNorthernVirginia It is beautiful and well located. It’s a pity that I came through your videos just after I have purchased my place. Congratulations and success. :)
I don't think so, I live in Ashburn and it's extremely secure mostly because of the data centers and government presence with over 4 FBI stations here(that I know of) it's quite secure you might find the occasional weed smoker somewhere here and there
For those that are interested or care, Fairfax county is blue and Loudon is super light blue with red-ish tint the further you go out. Fairfax county is better IMO
I moved from No. VA (Fairfax) to Denver last year. I miss VA every day. Feel blessed if you live there. Denver is bland, bland, and blander. Boring IMO
I lived in Fairfax County 10 years Loudoun almost 3. Fairfax is more diverse, Loudoun is blue but you deal with more subtle racism as a person of color. My kids go to a diverse private school in Ashburn and like it.
If you moved here in the last 20 years YOU are part of the problem. I remember in the 80s and early 90s we all had the slogan “Don’t Fairfax Loudoun”! But they ignored us. Loudoun in my eyes was ruined so I just leaned into it and moved to Fairfax County after living in Loudoun for 50 years. At least I’m closer to D.C.
@@legendary6790 ok apologies! I guess since AOL and Verizon went in sometime in the 90s there was no stopping the growth. Now it’s data centers and Govt contractors.

Great minds think alike! Thanks for watching.
Wow the way you explained everything, Greatest ever realtor.

Born in DC and about to buy my second house in Fairfax County. It’s a wonderful place to live.
That’s awesome. Congratulations 🍾
Love this! Thanks for the info

I've mentioned a lot of the parks in my other videos. Thanks for watching!
My favorite video of yours to date! Great info!! 😊
Thanks a lot Annabelle, I appreciate the positive feedback!
I love your videos. I live in Falls church which is part of Fairfax county too….. lake barcroft area. 🙏🏻☺️

@@Checkinandgo congratulations on your home purchase!
Thanks man! Appreciate your videos
Glad you like them!
Great topic! I was curious on this.
Its funny, this video topic just popped in my head one day. Thanks for watching. Let me know if I can help with your real estate goals in anyway.
What are the two neighborhoods to stay away from in Loudon County?
I would bet that they are Sugarland and Sterling Boulevard
Great Video
Question - are there any areas of Ashburn that are concerning with regards to safety? Thanks!
I don't think so, I live in Ashburn and it's extremely secure mostly because of the data centers and government presence with over 4 FBI stations here(that I know of) it's quite secure you might find the occasional weed smoker somewhere here and there
I wouldn't live in neither one . Too expensive , too crowded, too much traffic with poor roads and both are very boring.
Thinking if relocating from SoCal to Ashburn. Is Ashburn considered ‘rural’ or is it still centrally located with diversity / safety etc
It's definitely not rural. Let's chat. Send me an email at davemass2@gmail.com

Fairfax county is better IMO
I live in Eastern Loudoun County, and I work in DC. I prefer it over Fairfax anyday.
I agree with you. I love living in Eastern Loudoun. Thanks for watching
I moved from No. VA (Fairfax) to Denver last year. I miss VA every day. Feel blessed if you live there. Denver is bland, bland, and blander. Boring IMO
That means you must move back to NoVA in the future. Thanks for watching and taking the time to subscribe.

Democrats are def more racist than republicans. Unfortunately, that’s what you get with the dems.
Lived in Loudon County for over two decades. It's awful.
prince william always gets left out ☹️
Prime William is great. I've only personally lived in Fairfax and Loudiun County, so I know more about those areas compared to Prince William County
Hello from Fairfax county (tho i no longer live there but I'm born there so guess it kinda counts¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
As a loudoun resident, I say neither. Stay out, we don't need any more people to drive up costs

Not enough money in this world to live in hillbilly Loudoun county lol
People stuck up in loudoun county. I wouldn’t never recommend moving there
