As a weepy main, it depends A LOT on who youre rescuing and the map tbh. Im a mere griffin cuz i hate ranking, but i try to understand the kiter before deciding. if i know im in a place ill for sure be able to bodyblock, i baloon rescue, but If im not a hundred percent sure, and there is chances ill just get hit and lose a rocket, i dont. For chair rescues my rocket use depends on how much i trust the kiter and also the chair placement. tide/fw also depends on the map and the team comp. So the inconsistency is because hes very versatile as a support/rescuer XD
