They, who actually participated in those ratifications in 2002, 2004 and the affirmation in 2013. All to line Tony Belcourt's pockets. Then Froh took over and plundered even more for herself. All that money those affiliates are spending like drunken sailors was negotiated by the MMF team when they were still a part of the MNC. Now the affiliates are on their own and can't negotiate a hole in their socks.
