The example photo used is literally of a Japanese gal! I’m getting a lot of these comments, but gyaru makeup isn’t always intense. Gyaru started with kogals, who wore minimal makeup. I encourage people to do more research when it comes to the different styles od gal makeup, because to the trained eye this is clearly gyaru!
@@elsijen621 I do not remember commenting this😭. Sorry. Uh, douyin is (I’m not an expert, take this with a grain of salt) small eyeliner, glitter eyeshadow - typically a light pink? - and aegyosal. Gyaru is over tanning, the white stripe down the nose, and the over exaggerated eye droop. Of course, there are different styles (for both, I’m sure), so take this as just a vague description 😭.
