this man calls himself the *organic chemistry* tutor but knows everything about everything
bro, you're the saviour of so many college careers. love you man
for the love of god how did i not realize my highschool precalculus teacher was not teaching precalculus.
Same I remember being so frustrated that I couldn’t understand it but makes sense cause it was calc 3 lmao
Insanely useful. Thank you "The Organic Chemistry Tutor"!!!
Please Keep Making Calculus III videos, I'm Taking it this semester
do u know jenaiah???
@@humza4848 do u know maria???
Its kinda weird how this guy teaches math better than my professor
And yet is called the organic chemistry Tutor... legend man
He used to be a professor
what class were you in
I agree with you on that
😂
Why is this video more helpful than my teacher??!!! appreciate your hard work my man keep going
I actually understood everything in this video! I must be a genius!
Wow I was literally searching this up in my CS class! Great tutorial!
Professor Organic Chemistry Tutor, thank you for an awesome video/lecture on The Dot Product in Calculus Three. The Dot Product is used in a variety of courses in Science and Engineering. This is an error free video/lecture on RUclips TV with the Organic Chemistry Tutor.

Really, you are a good helpful man because you help us unlike who wastes our time
You are the best math professor I've ever had
I enjoy math and wish to be a math teacher... This semester I got a horrible cal 3 professor:/ I’ve never felt this “I do not understand” feeling. Thank you so much for this!
Literally, currently in my junior year of college lol never felt this for a math course. I’m learning through my textbook & you.
@@amandatena4612 I have a really bad one too :( Idk how I'm gonna do it

+Anyone who come across your video is super lucky. I am very thankful for these videos. I will recommend to anyone who are struggling with math. Thank you. You are the best teacher.
great work explaining the dot product, many thanks!
More pls. This videos really help me!
whats the difference between the formula that has a cosine and the formula that has no cosine which is the AxBx + AyBy?
You really made things easy for me.
Thanks alot 🙏

Such clarity , much appreciated. Thank you.
you are the best math teacher i've ever had, i appreciate that ! thank you so much!!!!this is really helpful to me
Currently watching this on my iPad with earbuds on whilst in my calc 3 lecture.
I swear this guy is blessing from God
Thank you so much☺️ hope that I can solve such problems like you one day 😁

Thanks for the best sample add-on
If you showed this in the ijk form of the vectors it would be a lot more understood just by using basic algebra expansion because same vector components dotted together like i . i = 1 while different vector components dotted together like i . k = 0
so from the first question it will look like this . = (2i + 3j) . (5i - 4j)
so doing basic algebra expansion of the brackets, we will get
(2)(5)ii - (2)(4)ij + (3)(5)ij - (3)(4)jj where same vector components multiplied together = 1 while different vector components are = 0.
so
(2)(5) - (3)(4) = -2
Much easier explaining like this in Calculus 3 because of much higher subjects like EMF.
Crazy how this guy taught me this in less than a minute but a teacher couldn't in 3 days
This is so useful for me Studying 🤝🙏🙏😍😍

thank you!!
Can you solve 3 dot product? Next video please
Dot Product gives a scalar (one value)

If vectors are a type of matrix, then how are we allowed to multiply when A has a different number of columns compared to the rows of matrix B?
brilliant video thank you
how can a scalar quantity be negative, I thought a scalar is magnitude how can we have negative magnitude?
What part of the vid are you referring to? mm:ss could be helpful.
Don’t attribute being negative to vectors only. The difference between a scalar and a vector is that one may indicate direction and the other does not. Temperature is a scalar but we can have negative values, this cannot be interpreted as direction but instead it’s just a value. As well as the negative charge on an electron, it’s a value, not a direction. Some scalars can’t be negative though, because in the context it represents directions (like speed, speed can only be positive, or else it’s velocity (which is a vector))
You are amazing!
This is so much easier than Calc II
OMG SOMETHING JUST FUCKING CLICKED THANK YOU THANK YOU
Dude's a GOAT
I LOVE YOU!!!!!!
Please teach vector analysis😢
if anyone sees this, what is the point of a dot product? I know how to find one but idk why they exist
it takes two vectors and find one that i perpendicular to the both of them
@@sebastians6669 You're thinking of cross products. A dot product produces a scalar quantity.
It’s weird that I’m supposed to know Calc 3 stuff in my Engineering class that I’m supposed to take before Calc 2
a dot b = abcos theta
amazing
I love you Julio
The best!
